Previously on The Elemental Ninja of CHS...
During the final event of the Friendship Games, Principal Cinch and the other Shadowbolt students force Human Twilight to unleash the magic she has absorbed. She does so and transforms into a horrific demonic being, Midnight Sparkle, who tries to destroy the world to learn about the magic she has acquired.
You, Lloyd, and Nya try to stop her, but Midnight is about to kill Lloyd during the fight, which makes you angry and unleashes your Oni powers against her. Your girlfriends notice this and get worried, and Sunset kisses you, which makes you go back to your normal state.
Sunset then uses Human Twilight's device to borrow the other girls' magic and become an angelic being, Daydream Shimmer, to defeat Midnight Sparkle. You also use your Golden Power to help out. Human Twilight comes back to her normal state, and so does Sunset. Principal Cinch then tries to make Canterlot High forfeit the games, but you are not pleased with this and expose her for blackmailing Twilight. Then someone with a higher ranking stepped in.
(Opening Theme: Anacondrai Whip)
As you are confronting Principal Cinch, a man in a business suit steps in, surprising everyone, including Cinch.
Principal Cinch: S-Superintendent Andreasen? Your timing is rather fortuitous.
This gets a reaction out of all the students.
Fluttershy: *squeaks* The superintendent?
Adagio Dazzle: Oh boy, this just got even more complicated...
Superintendent Andreasen: Less fortuitous than you might think, Abacus. I've actually been in attendance for the entirety of the Games in secret, and I must say... I'm very disappointed.
This makes the CHS students cringe, Principal Celestia and Vice Principal Luna look uncomfortable, and Principal Cinch grows a smug look on her face.
Principal Cinch: Indeed! I would have hardly made my case if you hadn't been here the whole time. The use of magic on CHS's part is clearly an unfair advantage. So it would only be fitting that they-
Superintendent Andreasen: Abacus, when I said I was disappointed, I was not referring to the actions or conduct of Canterlot High's students or faculty, but yours.
This catches everyone off guard, including Cinch.
Principal Cinch: I-I beg your pardon?
Superintendent Andreasen: I'll admit, I've had my doubts about your ability as an administrator of Crystal Prep for quite some time now.
He then looks at you.
Superintendent Andreasen: (Y/N), I heard your speech about the Friendship Games at the welcoming party the other day, and what you said about the games is accurate. The Friendship Games are designed to encourage Canterlot High and Crystal Prep to socialize, develop friendships, and strengthen their bonds. They are intended to be a friendly competition with no ill will between the schools.
You smile.
(Y/N): So I was right all along.
Superintendent Andreasen: *chuckles* Indeed, you were. Celestia and Luna were chosen to be in charge of Canterlot High not only because they are good administrators but also because they understand the spirit and intent of the Friendship Games.
