You, your parents, your girlfriends, and the Ninja decided to have a barbecue party over the weekend so your families could get to know each other. When the weekend arrives, you, your parents, and your girlfriends set everything up, and you go to the store to pick up more food. The Destiny's Bounty then arrives, and Lloyd, Wu, and Misako join the party.
Then Kai and Nya arrive with their parents, Ray and Maya. Zane then comes along with P.I.X.A.L., who are accompanied by Cyrus Borg, Echo Zane, and Tai-D. Cole enters next with his father, Lou, followed by Jay with his parents, Ed and Edna. You then return to greet the parents. Just then, Sci-Twi and her family arrive as well, followed by Rarity's family, Applejack's family, Rainbow Dash's family, Fluttershy's family, and lastly Pinkie Pie's family.
Once everyone has arrived, the families start getting along and having a good time; the same goes for you, your girlfriends, and your Ninja friends. Just then, you get an alert about an unexpected guest arriving, and you check to see who it is: your uncle, Lloyd's father, Garmadon. He says he came to visit you and then goes outside to greet everyone, surprising them, especially the Ninja.
He tells you all about what he's been up to lately and gets to know your girlfriends better. However, your Ninja allies still don't trust him, and you and Wu straighten them out as Twilight talks to Lloyd. After a while, Garmadon bonds well with the girls' families, and the Ninja, especially Lloyd, start to trust him for now. Then Pinkie's sisters come to you and confess their feelings, and you accept them all.
After a while, everyone returns to the party to watch a movie while eating cake. Eventually, the girls and their families have to leave and wave goodbye. Then you, your six Equestrian girlfriends, the Ninja, and their families are left in your mansion to sleep for the night. You give each family its own bedroom, and you also give Garmadon his own before heading to bed with your girlfriends.

It is another day in Canterlot High. Students walk around chatting and hanging out, while you and Sunset casually walk through the halls, taking pictures of the students and waving at them.
As you and Sunset walk down the halls, you spot the other girls and the Ninja and take a picture together. You all then head over to the Yearbook Club to start working on the yearbook. Sci-Twi and Lloyd pull out a memory card from the camera. Fluttershy tries to reach something from the top of the cabinet, and Applejack hoists her up. Zane and Cole move some boxes around to get what they need. Rarity and Nya use the printer to print photos while Pinkie and Jay make silly faces, making the fashionista and Water Ninja laugh. Rainbow Dash hands Sunset the memory card, and she uploads it to the computer and downloads the photos.
You and Sunset get up and observe the room as everyone works on the yearbook, making you both smile widely. As you walk forward, you accidentally bump into someone else, and you both fall back. You look ahead and see a specific girl with pale green skin and dark green hair, wearing a sweater and jeans.
