Wu reveals that Aspheera didn't destroy Zane, but rather, she banished him to a realm known as the Never-Realm. Wu decides to go alone, but you and the Ninja were not having it, so you all came up with a plan to steal the Traveler's Tea to use to get back once you all find Zane. Your girlfriends also insist on coming, which you were adamant about at first, but after some convincing from the puppy dog eyes, you let some of them go with you.
After stealing the Tea from Wu's room, you all head down to the Hangar Bay to get ready to go, only to find Master Wu angry at you all while holding the scroll of Forbidden Spinjitzu. He then attacks you all to get back the tea, and without having any choice, you all tackle him and tie him up. You all then get on the Land Bounty, and P.I.X.A.L. uses the scroll to send you and everyone in the Bounty to the Never-Realm. Wu then reveals that the Traveler's Tea would not work in the Never-Realm and that none of you might return.
After arriving in the Never-Realm, the Land Bounty hangs on by a cliff, and you all get out before it falls; unfortunately, the Traveler's Tea went down with it. After traveling through the unforgiving blizzard, you all come across a forest where wolves attack, and there are people frozen in ice. Then some villagers walk by and lead you and everyone else to their village.
After getting to the village, you all speak with the leader of the villagers and explain that you are there to find Zane. Sorla, through the Hearth Fire, finds out that Zane is being held captive in the Castle of Ice, where the Ice Emperor resides. The general, Vex, finds out about you and the Ninja planning to free Zane and warns the Ice Emperor about this, and the emperor commands his Ice Samurai to destroy you all.

Out in a forest, two villagers named Uthaug and Boma are heading back to their village in the Great Lake while carrying fish.
Uthaug: Do you think they like to eat fish?
Boma: Who?
Uthaug: You know, the strangers, from Nimblago.
Boma: Everyone likes fish. And it's not "Nimblago." It's Ningabo.
Uthaug: That's not what they said.
Boma: Honestly, Uthaug, whose hearing is better? Yours or...?
Just then, they hear footsteps coming from the Blizzard Samurai marching down the pass.
Boma: Listen! Do you hear?
He asks as the Blizzard Samurai continue marching.
Uthaug: Blizzard Samurai! Heading our way!
Boma: We have to warn the village.
They quickly run off as Boma carries the fish. As they are marching, some birds fly off, startled. Grimfax looks up at them, then continues. Grimfax is the leader of the Blizzard Samurai and mostly wears gray armor and a gray helmet with ice details all around. His face is pale white with ice blue scars and glowing blue eyes, as well as a gray moustache. He also carries a double-sided axe with ice blue blades.
