More people have entered Prime Empire after reaching Level 13 in the game. In Kryptarium prison, Unagami releases the Mechanic and all the other inmates in order to serve him. Meanwhile, you, the Ninja, and your girlfriends head over to Borg Tower after Cyrus Borg has inspected the game and learned about its complex code and determined that you all should split and find Unagami in the game and Dyer in the real world.
Just then, the Kryptarium inmates arrive at Borg Tower and make their way up, passing through various obstacles. They then reach the top as you and everyone else push them back. Cole then reaches Level 13, and you all enter Prime Empire. The only ones who didn't go were Zane and P.I.X.A.L. due to the code potentially overrunning their systems, and Rarity, who had been pinned by other inmates and was busy holding them back for you to go in.
Inside Prime Empire, you and the others explore the game as Red Visors approach and start blasting at you all. You all try to use your powers against them, but realize that you can't for unknown reasons. Just then, a group known as the League of Jay helps you all and leads you all to Superstar Rockin' Jay, who happens to be the real Jay.
Eventually, you all find a man named Scott, who is one of the League's allies. Later, Pinkie, Lemon, and Sonata report back to Scott, revealing they are okay after entering the game with Jay. Scott then takes you all to a secret passage that leads to another room where more players are dressed as Jay. Superstar Rockin' Jay appears and gasps excitedly upon spotting you all.

His training routine includes lifting logs with his feet, doing one-handed push-ups, breaking a rock in half with his bare hand, slicing through bamboo, sneaking past trees, sharpening his blades, and jumping onto tall logs. Just then, the arcade cabinet behind him opens, and a player steps out.
