You reassure Sci-Twi that the magic she possesses is good and that you will be there for her if Midnight Sparkle returns. Later that night, Sci-Twi runs off into the woods, and you and Sunset follow her and encounter Timber. He informs you that Gloriosa was behind all the magical incidents occurring around the camp.
As the Rainbooms work on rebuilding the dock, Sunset encourages them to use their newfound magical powers, allowing them to rebuild the dock more quickly than before. Flash Sentry overhears a conversation between you, Timber, and Gloriosa, growing concerned for the three of you.
He sees you and Timber heading into the woods, prompting him, Sunset, and Lloyd to follow. He sees you and Timber enter the rock quarry, leading Sunset to text the Twilights to see what's happening. They find Gloriosa, and after Sunset Shimmer understands her intentions, Gloriosa grabs the last two geodes and transforms into a corrupted person determined to do whatever it takes to save Camp Everfree.
(Opening Theme: Ghost Whip)
At the camp docks, a few girls are getting ready to put on the fashion show, wearing outfits Rarity made.
Rarity: Where are Sunset and the Twilights? *sigh* They're missing our dress rehearsal.
Sweetie Drops: Yeah, and where's (Y/N)? Shouldn't he be around, too?
Lyra Heartstrings: Yeah, where is he?
Kai: I'm not sure. Speaking of which, has anyone seen Lloyd or Flash Sentry?
Nya: No clue, it's like they just ran off somewhere without telling us first.
Rarity: I suppose we can get started without them. Whenever you're ready!
She calls out to Vinyl.
Viny Scratch: On it!
She takes out a record disc, puts it on a record player, and presses play, causing the player to play techno-pop music. The girls walk down the docks while Applejack admires her new outfit, which Rarity notices as she smirks.
Rarity: Told you you'd like it.
Applejack: It's alright... I guess... I do get to keep it after camp, though, right?
Rarity nods as she and Applejack walk down the dock. Meanwhile, Gaea Everfree makes her way to the camp and floats by Snips and Snails, who are filling up water balloons, and they notice her.
Snails: She looks... different.
Snips: Yeah. She looks... taller.
At the dock, the girls continue practicing for their fashion show.
Rarity: This is only a preview. I've got another entire line I'll debut at the real thing.
She then hears the record scratch as the music stops.
Rarity: Why did you stop the music?
Everyone was looking at something.
Nya: Umm, Rarity.
She points at something that Rarity looks at as she gasps in shock.
Rarity: Oh, my goodness!
She and the other campers look to see Gaea Everfree.
