You, your girlfriends, and the Ninja have been trying to raise money for the repairs for Camp Everfree. After only being able to raise half, Rarity tells everyone she has an idea, which she doesn't, but eventually does when she goes to the mall after hearing about the Chance to Prance competition.
She convinces the other girls to take part, and they all practice for the video. However, Rarity discovers that some Crystyal Prep girls stole their idea and confronts them. Their dance instructor, Chrysalis, reveals she is making them do this for her, and you step in to make a deal with her, which terrifies everyone you know.
Back at CHS, Sour Sweet and the other Shadow Five girls reveal their past with Chrysalis and how she tortured them, making you and everyone else feel sorry for them. You then encourage Rarity to try again, and this time, you are able to create the video you had initially planned, and you win the contest. Indigo Zap then shows up and gives you an envelope containing passes to see the set of the upcoming Daring Do movie.

After you, the Ninja, and the girls win the money, you give it to Gloriosa and Timber to help repair Camp Everfree, making them feel ecstatic. The other Shadow Five girls tell Indigo what had happened between them and Chrysalis, causing her to shiver. Speaking of Chrysalis, after you won, she became furious but kept her word and stepped down from being Crystal Prep's dance coach. You also inform Principal Cadance about what she had done to the Shadow Five and the four girls she forced to make her video; they even give their testimonies. Cadance discussed this with Chrysalis and had her fired, which only made her angrier. Not only that, but as she stepped outside of Crystal Prep, the police arrived and arrested her on the spot. After you explain to the officers what she did, they immediately take her away, never to be seen again.
Currently, you, the Ninja, the (Hu)Mane 7, Spike, the Dazzlings, and the Shadow Five are all at the studio that is filming the Daring Do movie. Princess Twilight would have come, but something major popped up in Equestria that she couldn't ignore. You all watch as the production crew shoots a scene. The scene opens with a jungle at the base of a large volcano, as thunder and lightning rumble overhead. A lone figure slowly walks up to it as the wind blows their hood off, revealing an adult man with an evil smirk, who begins laughing menacingly.
