Chapter 27: Reunion of the Ninja

Previously on The Elemental Ninja of CHS...

The Superintendent intervened and confronted Principal Cinch about her actions during the Friendship Games. He asked that she resign before he brought all the evidence of her actions to court. Sunset Shimmer makes up for her actions, and Sci-Twi forgives her.

The next day, Sci-Twi decides to transfer to CHS, and so do the five Shadowbolt girls and other girls from Crystal Prep, mostly because of you. Lloyd and Nya tell you that the other Ninja will soon visit you at Canterlot, which excites you.

Later that day, as you all are having a picnic, Princess Twilight returns, surprised when she encounters her human counterpart. You and your girlfriends tell Princess Twilight all that has happened while she was away, which surprises her very much. Lloyd also reveals that you are part Oni and part Dragon, which would explain your rage state and how it happens.

It's been a day since the Friendship Games, and a few things have happened.

Firstly, your parents ask you how the games were, and you tell them everything that has happened. When you mentioned the name of Cinch, they were taken aback as they seemed to slightly recall a girl with that name back in their high school days. They were also surprised by how she acted, as they never knew her to be like that, as she was more reserved and patient.

Second, speaking of Cinch, she had resigned as principal of Crystal Prep and left Canterlot City. Some speculate that she had left the country to try to work at a different school. As for who would be Crystal Prep's new principal, Cadance was chosen and demoted from Dean to Principal.

Third, Crystal Prep has been restored to its original self, a school where everyone gets along and is friendly with each other, like CHS.

Fourth, Twilight explains to you and your girlfriends why she hadn't returned sooner. She recently had to save Equestria from a unicorn named Starlight Glimmer, who traveled into Equestria's past to prevent the Equestrian counterpart of Rainbow Dash from performing a Sonic Rainboom. This Rainboom would help her and the Mane 6 earn their Cutie Marks, become friends in the future, and serve as bearers of the Elements of Harmony. This was in response to the Mane 6 stopping Starlight's plan to make all ponies equal by removing their Cutie Marks and replacing them with an equal sign. Starlight's motivation stemmed from her childhood friend receiving a Cutie Mark for his talent in magic and leaving for Canterlot to study, which left Starlight feeling abandoned and resentful towards Cutie Marks. When Starlight discovered that if the Mane 6 didn't earn their Cutie Marks due to the Sonic Rainboom and become bearers of the Elements of Harmony, Equestria would be doomed, she decided to let the Sonic Rainboom happen. She then became Twilight's student, studying both magic and friendship.

Fifth, you helped Sci-Twi and the Shadowbolt girls get used to being at Canterlot High, and they got along with a few people and your girlfriends. Sci-Twi became great friends with her Equestrian counterpart and Sunset Shimmer as she learned more about Equestria from them. Lemon Zest connected with Pinkie Pie because they both enjoyed making desserts; Lemon Zest's favorite dessert is lemon tarts. She also bonded with Sonata Dusk over their love of music. Indigo Zap formed a strong friendship with Rainbow Dash, as they often competed in friendly competitions. Additionally, she got along well with Aria Blaze, as they are both tough girls. Sugarcoat related well to Applejack due to their shared honesty, although Sugarcoat tends to be a bit more blunt. She also found common ground with Adagio Dazzle for their intelligence and straightforwardness. Sunny Flare and Rarity connected over their mutual love for fashion, while Sour Sweet bonded with Fluttershy because Sour Sweet has a soft spot for animals.
