I woke up multiple times in the night. Every time I did, Juice pulled me closer to him.

One time I woke up, I just stared at him. He was a very cute sleeper. He had his hood on his head and his lips were slightly parted.

His eyes slowly opened and he smiled. "What?"

I shook my head slightly. "Nothing."

"What time is it?" He asked.

"I don't know."

He lifted his head up to look then almost immediately put it down again.

"Do you have to go soon?" I asked.

"No." He shut his eyes.

I was confused. Didn't he devote all his time to finding Jace and killing him?

"But I thought-"

"I'm spending the day with you in here." He said.

"It's boring in here." I said.

"I don't mind."

"Oh, trust me, you will."

He smiled. "No, I won't."

"Why aren't you going-"

"I want to be with you. I want to make sure you're safe."

I flipped over and laid on my right side.

I was almost asleep until Juice spoke again.

"Uh, Allie?" Juice whispered.

"Hm?" I said without opening my eyes.

"We have a little bit of a problem." He said.

"And what's that?"

He didn't say anything. It took me a while before I figured out what he was talking about.

I stifled a laugh. "Go take care of it."

He huffed and got up. He went to the bathroom.

-

I peeped out the bathroom door. Happy and Chibs were out there, looking around.

I walked out casually and looked at them. "What?"

"We thought you were gone." Happy said.

I shook my head and sat on my bed. "No."

"Where's Juicy Boy?" Chibs asked.

I was about to make up some lame lie but before I could, he walked out of the bathroom. I mentally face palmed myself.

"Ohhh." Happy smirked.

Chibs and Happy both laughed. I looked at Juice, who had one arm out of his shirt and he was in the middle of putting it back on.

"Jax wanted us to check in on you and make sure you were doing alright, but it seems like Juice has it covered."

This was officially awkward. The doctor walked in and looked at all four of us.

"Allison, I think you can be released this afternoon if you're feeling better." He looked at his clipboard and scribbled a few things down.

"Can I go home now?" I asked.

"Are you having any headaches?"

"No." I lied.

"Then why not." He faked a smile.

I grabbed my bag and went to the bathroom. I quickly changed. As long as I had pills, I was okay.

"Juice." I peeped out the door.

He turned his attention to me. "What?"

"Those pills I've been taking, I need them. They're in here somewhere."

"Why? I thought you were feeling better."

"My headaches come and go. I can't take another minute in here."

He smiled. "Of course, my queen."

I shut the door and quickly changed.

"I have the valuables, my queen." Juice said and I opened the door.

"Thank you, my king." I smirked and gathered my things.

I put the bag on my shoulder. Juice and I walked out of the room and everyone was in the hallway. Their attention was on me.

"What?" I asked.

"We've found Jace. Chibs and Happy have him pinned down."

"Where's his guys?" I asked.

Jax shook his head. "Don't know. They fled and left him."

Juice looked down at his phone. He looked nervous.

"You said you wanted to do it," Bobby said, "so we left him to you."

"I have to go," Juice said and kissed my cheek, "I'll meet you back at the clubhouse."

I nodded. "Okay."

-

I got off Jax's bike. Tig opened the doors and I walked in.

Jace's face was swollen and bloody. I smiled and I couldn't help but laugh.

"Allie, baby, come get me out of here."

"What the hell is wrong with you? You think after all this trauma that you've caused me, that I'm going to help you?"

"He's on drugs."

I rolled my eyes. "Of course he is."

"Allie, please," he begged, "don't do this. You're making a mistake."

Jax punched him in the face. "Shut up!"

Chibs put his arm around my shoulder and walked away with me for a minute.

"Are you sure you want to do this? Any of us would be glad to."

I nodded. "Yeah. I need to do this. He's caused me so much pain in my life, you know? I think I would be more at peace if I did it."

"Alright." He nodded and handed me the gun.

I walked back over to him.

"I thought I told you to shut up!" Jax punched him yet again.

He looked at me. His eye was almost swollen shut.

"If you're going to do it, make it quick. Please."

I didn't think twice about it and I shot him in the stomach.

"Nope. I want it to be very painful on your part."

He screamed. "You fucking bitch!"

I smiled at him before punching him in the face. I got his nasty blood all over my hand.

"I g-give it to you. Y-You punch like a-a man."

He fell to his knees as he clutched his stomach where I had shot him.

"Does it hurt?" Chibs asked sarcastically.

Jace looked up. "No, it feels fantastic."

"That's a shame. Allie, you might want to shoot him again." Happy suggested.

I shrugged and shot him in the leg. He screamed.

The guys laughed as he screamed in pain.

"You whore!"

I squatted to his height. "Say whatever you want. You're as good as dead."

"How'd it feel, Allie? Getting given up by your parents? If Jax wouldn't have found you, you would still be with no parents."

I raised my gun to kill him once and for all but Jax pushed it down. He raised his and shot him in the left shoulder.

"You need to learn to keep your mouth shut, boy." Bobby chuckled at him as he leaned against a wall.
