"I see your imperial majesty uses his staff, to channel his magic." Jade remarks as the two spar.
"I have not the time to memorise spells and chants, with a staff like this I can merely think of the spell I want to cast, and it is done." Wilhelm remarks, observing his staff which was the same one he had made when entered the Persian capital during the Perserkreig. "However I have memorised how to cast lightening from my fingertips, it will be useful for self defense." Wilhelm then finishes their duel with a short bow. Jade was quite impressed. "You are a good teacher I must admit, I knew I put you in charge of the Hexenmeisters for a reason. However, due to advancements in technology nations are starting to halt using magic in the armed forces. When in battle magic users are merely used to counter eachother, a waste of manpower when magic items that frustrate the usage of magic." Jade scowled slightly but soon calmed after listening to the Kaiser's next words. "Therefore I have asked the Reich Chancellor to commence the formation of a ministry for magic. While it's use is in decline, it must still be understood. Adventurers like yourself still have a use for it, and a new German magic type has just been discovered. I expect this is Andarta's doing, you have heard about Andarta from lady am I correct?"
"Of course, your Imperial Majesty." Jade confirmed.
"You will become a minister of the Imperial cabinet, and given appropriate authority and staff by the Civil Service. Do you accept this position?" Wilhelm asked.
"As you wish, your Imperial Majesty." Jade accepted, with gratitude. At that moment Grand Admiral Strasser and Admiral von Hipper arived, removed thier caps, and saluted.
"Excuse me Jade, my Chancellor will be in touch." Wilhelm said, slinging his staff under his arm as Jade clicked her heels and walked away with Lady and Mark who had just arrived. "Admirals." Wilhelm greeted.
"Your majesty, the Naval attache from Japan has arrived. And once the meeting has concluded, we shall travel to Wilhelmshaven where Air Marshal Weser will await us and the attache for the completion of Plan Sturmflotte." Strasser reported.
"At last." Wilhelm sighed, he had been waiting for months for plan Sturmflotte to be completed. "You know this is revolutionary right? No country, no navy has ever done this before. They may copy our aircraft, but no one will be copying this for a while, although people of state will be clamering for the technology for years."
"Indeed, but all demonstrating German naval power." Von Hipper said gleefully.
"Walk with me you both." Wilhelm commanded, his servants taking off his jacket before walking towards his dressing room. "Have they been waiting long?"
"No your imperial majesty, they have only just arrived but the foreign minister is entertaining them in the conferance room." Strasser reported. Wilhelm nodded before entering his dressing room, by that time Serina had arrived along with Reichmarshal Gniesenau. Five minutes later Wilhelm had been changed into his naval uniform. They then continued walking to the conferance room.
