"So my friends, that's situation I have interpreted from the Postellans. Due to a religious scandal in Visea, the Cardinal is moving the main home of the imperial religion to Postella." This report was given by the Russian diplomat to Postella, Prince Menshikov. He was informing Zimmermann and Isholde in the German Embassy.

"You are quite sure?" Zimmermann asked, "that the Cardinal is relocating the head of the church to Calentevico?" Menshikov nodded slowly, as he took a swig of whiskey.

"It is plausible, already I have been moved from my main chambers. And my appearances at the holy court, have been reduced," Isholde exlained solemnly. "I fear the Primarch, along with his son and daughter intend to replace me ."

"On that subject, we have some developments." Zimmermann reported, both earning the attention of the Saint and the Prince, who shifted further in their seats. "The Kaiser has instructed me to negotiate with holy court for yout to come to Germany to be our saint." Isholde gasped and aske how they would manage that, Zimmermann then took out a briefcase filled with reichmarks. "Isholde I truly beleive you belong with us, not amongst a country that does not value you."

"Hear hear." Menshikov agreed.

"I will not hesitate to accept your Kaiser's proposal, assuming the holy court agrees." Isholde informed the two diplomats.

"I think they will," Zimmermann mused, "they cannot comprehend your value to the Postellan people. These religious leaders and the corrupt officials under the Primarch are too high and mighty to care."

Zimmermann's words soon proved correct, a few hours later the three were present in the anti-chamber to the holy court chamber. Also present was the Primarch: Sontil Vuzroda, the same primarch who attended the Osmesos conference before the Perserkrieg, and some of his religious advisors and members of the nobility. Poppygratia and her elder brother, Henry were also present.

"Why the hell, should we give Germany our saint?" Poppygratia argued, "they couldn't even find our youngest sister." Zimmermann noticed the absence of Cryilla's name in that sentence, there was no love or concern in her words.

"Especially since Germany attacked us," Henry remarked.

"That's a filthy lie and you know it!" Menshikov shouted, "that barbarious act was perpetrated by Postella, not Germany."

"And you would say that wouldn't you Prince, as it was Germany who saved your country from civil war that your Tsar failed to prevent!" Poppygratia spat. Menshikov was about to retaliate with venom of his own but Sontil put his hands out, gesturing for the argument to cease.

"Please, there is no need for conflict. We simply have no need for a saint amymore, now that the Cardinal is coming to Calentevico. I see no reason why we cant't give our saint to Germany, it'll help... ease the relationship between our two great nations. In a time of, increasing aggression." Sontil grinned evily at this, Zimmermann new this was a jab at Germany. They had been trying to pin the blame of the border skirmish on the German army for a while now, yet failed to convince any of Germanys key allues such as Russia and Ankyut. A bunch of Postellan nobles and advisors hummed in agreement. "And perhaps, Germany will consider an armaments tradr agreement?" Zimmermann winced at the Primarch's greedy attempt to get his grubby hands on German weapons. He had already began setting up industries to build tanks, rifles, aircraft etc, at the insistance of High General Orpin who was the main campaigner for military and industrial modernisation.

"I... will inform the Kaiser of your proposal." Zimmermann aquiessed, almost certain that the Kaiser would outright reject it or bury it in endless beurocracy, no way was he willing to handover military secrets for a pretty penny.
