"So let me get this straight Colonel, you want me to stage more maneuvers in Berlin. After an assasination attempt on our SOVEREIGN!" Manstein shouted, Camden and Model flinched. Before Camden replied Manstein shouted again. "I have SB and Stasi officers breathing down my neck! And you want me to totally oppose the SB and the Kaiser by providing more opportunities to gut him and his family? Oh you are full of wonderful ideas Camden!"

"Sir with all due respect..." Camden started to say.

"No Colonel, if you want my respect you would've found out how on Earth those communists entered with guns into fucking Berlin!" Manstein exclaimed, slamming his fists on the desk in frustation. "But you can't even accomplish that can you?" Camden remained silent. "You are both dismissed. Both officers clicked their heels and pivoted around and exited the office, their caps under their arms.

"Well I'm glad that's over, I still can't beleive the attempt failed, I ordered the Brandenburger regiment to close of the street, that should have done it." Camden muttered to Model.

"I know, and Ludendorff supplied the communists with false papers. Zinoviev will be fuming, as now the Germans will intervene in the civil war, disrupting his cell in Russia, that is now the red army and currently has the upper hand in the war." Model said.

"Currently." Camden emphasised. "But at the end of the day he is loyal to Sirenen, and has to obey. Good thing our masters see Germany as the bigger threat."

"Quite, and asuming we can get General Scharnhorst on side, then our task of Removing the Kaiser will become alot easier." Model responed. "Shh, SB officers." Model and Camden saluted as the SB officers climbed the stairs, the SB officers saluted in kind but otherwise did not take much notice of them. The lead officer was Obergruppenfuhrer Peiper, presumably to lead the manhunt, Camden expected. He was accompanied by Gruppenfuhrer Befehler of the Stasi secret police, and Brigadefuhrer Totenwald of Ausland, connected with the Russian white army. She wore a jet black single-breasted uniform with white piping, and red acsents.

SB officers were trained and recruited from the most loyal men and women of all the German services as well as the armed forces. So they were impossible to corrupt, if an SB officer was caught comitting any crime the punishment was doubled or even trippled due to the example they set, in ensuring loyalty in others. In some instances SB officers charged with treason were disgraced and executed by fireing squad, when normally it would be a prison sentence. Reichsfuhrer Mark instists that the SB has standards to maintain, therefore trying to get SB officers to support Model's resistance would be suicide, as they would be reported immediatley and then the jig would be up.

"What's the news from Russia, Totenwald?" Wilhelm asked at the end of the meeting.

"Well sir, Rommel's Army is still travelling along the main road through Smolensk with his Armour and Panzergrenadiers. The expeditionary force will go to reinforce Brusilov's southern army to punch through the weakned red Army Corps that have been pushed back." Totenwald stated.
