This story takes place in a fantasy world where demons, humans, and faunus (humans with animal qualities) fight for survival. A world where the rifle is shunned in favour for the sword and sheild.
The Visean kingdom has recently defeated the Demon...
In the sea near the Russian naval dockyards and port of Tithsya, a naval battle group of the Kreigsmarine was slowly sailing. The formation of ships included ten ships. Two carriers: the Graf Zeppelin and her sister ship the Weser. Both carried a total of 40 fighters and 60 dive and torpedo bombers. Escorting Germany's carriers were a battleship and battlecruiser: the Bismarck Class "Strasser", and the Gniesenau class "Muller". A couple of munchen and Deutschland class cruisers, accompanied by four destroyers. Leading the battle group was the recently promoted Rear Admiral Valentina Straub.
The rear admiral emerged from her cabin in her standard serivce uniform, there was no point putting on her frock coat as she wouldn't be in the cold for long.

The waters around Russia were notoriously cold, however ice was only found north of Russia so there was no risk. Valentina draped her greatcoat with blue piping over herself. It was daytime, yet snow still fell.

As Valentina stepped out into the morning snowy breeze, she scowled at the snowflakes falling down on her flagship the Graf Zeppelin. Just another complication, the deck needed to be constantly swept to avoid aircraft skidding on the deck. As Valentina trudged towards the carrier island, where the fire control and the bridge were located, she was saluted by various sailours and officers. She reciprocated the salute, as the highest ranking officer in the operation. A mere commodore was not enough to command a formation which included Germany's only aircraft carriers.
