After Pin betrayed Coiny in BFDIA 18 and let him fall to his doom, he managed to grab onto a tree branch and scramble up it. But instead of focusing on the challenge, he froze. He couldn't look away from Pin... She was losing it, completely unhinged—but oh my mint, it was so hot.

"I DUG TO THE CENTRE OF THE EARTH FOR YOU!!!" Coiny yelled as he plummeted downward. At the last second, he managed to grab onto a tree branch, his fingers tightening around the rough bark. With a quick movement, he kicked his foot free from the rope that had bound him to TB, letting it fall away. Then, with practiced ease, he scrambled up the tree—he was a natural climber.

His chest burned with frustration. How could Pin do this? After everything he had done for her? He had sacrificed so much. When no one else would recover her, he had. He loved her—deeply, desperately—and he would do anything for her. When he had said every person for themselves, when he teased her about letting the best player win, he never meant that he would sabotage her or refuse to help. Of course not! Even though WOAH BUNCH was no more, that didn't mean they had to change.

But maybe Pin saw it differently.

Coiny forced himself to think. She had been through so much—Freesmart had taken everything from her. Her limbs, her face, even her size had been stripped away. Maybe, to her, revenge meant more than anything else. And if he was a good friend, he had to acknowledge that. He did understand. But it still hurt. After everything he'd done, after all the sacrifices he'd made to get her back, it hurt. But he hadn't done it for gratitude—he'd done it because he loved her, because she deserved justice.

Sure, he was mad. But he could never hate her. She needed this. She needed to win. She needed to take Freesmart down.

Coiny climbed higher, preparing to leap across the branches and continue the challenge—until something made him stop in his tracks. His breath hitched. His eyes locked onto Pin.

She looked... hot.

The way she caught that drill from Fries, her strength, her sheer power as she charged at Book—it was like nothing could stop her. She was so... badass. Not that she hadn't always been, but ever since Freesmart had torn her apart, she had changed. And not in a bad way. It was cool.

Coiny could only stare, face flushing as his heart pounded. He watched as Pin slammed into Book, the drill tearing through her paper body, shredding it into tiny fragments.

Oh my mint.

He couldn't think straight. She was insane. Unhinged. And yet... instead of being mad, instead of being disappointed, he felt something completely different. His stomach flipped, a tingly sensation spreading through him. His heart raced as he watched her activate her beaker, securing her victory.

No one—no one—was as badass as Pin. Other girls weren't like this. No one else made him feel like this. He had always known Pin was cool, but this? This changed everything. He was smitten.

Was that weird? He had just watched her betray him—her own boyfriend!! And then brutally murder Book, who, in all honesty, hadn't even been the worst of the Freesmart crew! And yet... he found himself completely, hopelessly drawn to her. She was like an evil drug, and he needed her.
