Evil Leafy x Fries: Possessed By Love: Part 2

It had been a few days since anyone had seen Fries. The last time he was spotted, he was with Evil Leafy somewhere in Yoyle City. However, Pin and Coiny hadn't bothered to tell anyone about it, leaving the group mostly unaware. Well, except for Needle—she was the only one truly worried. She had even tried recovering Fries, but it didn't work. As the days passed, her concern grew. Now, three days since his disappearance, Needle couldn't take it anymore. She decided to ask around and see if anyone had seen him.

She first approached Nickel and Tennis Ball, who were quietly enjoying some downtime. Nickel was sketching while Tennis Ball scribbled equations. Nervously, Needle rubbed the back of her head before speaking.

"Do you guys know where Fries might be?" she asked softly.

"Uh, I haven't seen him!" Nickel replied, his tone matching the worried look he gave her.

Tennis Ball, who had been too preoccupied keeping Nickel out of trouble to notice much else, was only now realizing Fries was even missing.

"Hmm... I dunno," he said thoughtfully. "Last I saw him, he was with Pin and Coiny. Maybe you should ask them."

"Okay..." Needle replied, her voice tinged with unease as she turned to leave. She made her way toward Pin and Coiny, who weren't far away. The two were testing out tricks with Pin's mech suit, trying to spin donuts and pull off burnouts using the suit's rockets.

"Hey, uh, have you guys seen Fries?" Needle asked, her worry evident. "I haven't seen him in three days."

"Huh?" Coiny stopped the suit's rockets and hopped off Pin. Meanwhile, Pin spun around a few times, still dizzy from the momentum, before tipping over onto her back. Quickly recovering, she drove over to stand beside Coiny.

"The last time we saw Fries, he was with that hideous Evil Leafy!" Pin said bluntly. "He took her to a picnic spot near the fountain in Yoyle City." Pin hadn't given Fries much thought since then. He seemed happy at the time, and she didn't feel like there was anything more to be done.

"What!?" Needle shouted, frustration bubbling over. "You left him in the city alone with Evil Leafy? And you didn't bother to tell anyone?"

Pin shrugged. "He seemed fine. He says Evil Leafy is his girlfriend. Who are we to judge?"

"Are you serious!?" Needle cried, her voice rising to a sharp pitch. "He can't be dating—ugh, never mind! This doesn't matter. I need to go find him!" Furious, she turned and stormed off, her hands trembling at her sides. How could they be so careless? And worse, how could they just sit back and allow this to happen? She knew why—they were all happy to let Fries distract Evil Leafy so they wouldn't have to deal with her. It was selfish and unfair!

Determined, Needle made her way to Yoyle City, walking briskly and calling out Fries' name, hoping she wasn't already too late.

Needle arrived at the fountain, her breath hitching as she spotted Fries glowing an ominous red. Gasping, she grabbed a nearby debris and hurled it at his stomach. The impact made Fries cough violently, and to Needle's horror, Evil Leafy was expelled from him. Fries collapsed to his knees, looking weak and disoriented.

"Fries!" Needle cried, rushing over and dropping to her knees to steady him. Meanwhile, Evil Leafy stood there silently, her massive, menacing eyes locked onto Needle.

"You!" Needle spun around, pointing an accusing finger at her. "I've been searching everywhere for Fries! How could you take advantage of his feelings like that?" she shouted. But Evil Leafy, as always, didn't respond—she simply stared at Needle with that same terrifying intensity.

Fries stretched out his arms and shook himself off, his body stiff from being immobilized for three days. He frowned at the commotion, his irritation rising as Needle directed her anger at his girlfriend. Quickly, he stepped forward, pulling Needle back.
