Toni laid back on the bed as she caught her breath. "Damn." Janet chuckled as she leaned down and kissed her face.

"You okay?" Toni held her waist.

"Am I okay?"  She chuckled. "You put that thing on me and ask me if I'm okay." Janet smiled.

"I'm loving this pregnancy." Janet was about four months pregnant and her sex drive randomly got a crazy increase.

Since then, she's been on Toni as much as she could. So much that at one point, Toni slept on the downstairs living room couch or in the recliner in Gabby's room to get break.

"Me too. You wasn't on me like this with Gabby until later on." Janet moved off of Toni and stood up. "Where you going?"

"I'm going to wash up and then get something to eat. I'm starving. You want something too?"

"Naw. I'm tired." Toni laid down.

"Alright. I'll check on you later." Janet went into the bathroom and did a quick wash up in the sink. She changed into a pair of leggings and a t-shirt with her slides. Going back into the bedroom, she saw Toni already asleep. She grabbed her phone and left the room.

Janet went into Gabby's room to take her down to feed. Her room had changed a lot as she's gotten bigger. There was more toys and a bigger bed. Not surprisingly, Gabby was a chuck baby. With her mother, Toni's mother and all of her aunts always feeding her, she gained weight pretty quickly. Luckily, her height increased as well, so her weight percentile was good.

She went to get her from her bed but Gabby wasn't there but she didn't panic. There were only certain people allowed in the house so that means that she was safe. Janet left the room and headed downstairs. As she went to the stairs, she heard Gabby laughing. She followed the laughs and it led her to Jenny's room. "Gabby." Jenny laughed.

Janet entered the room quietly and saw Jenny playing with Gabby on the bed. She was sitting in the middle of the bed while Gabby stood against the footboard and held onto it with one hand. "Don't do it again." Gabby let go and fell face first onto the bed. She laughed hard. Jenny picked her up and stood her on the bed. Gabby crawled away and went to the footboard again. Once again, she let go and laughed when she hit the mattress.
"Silly girl."

"Is she acting up?" Janet said in a silly voice. Gabby looked over at her and smiled. "Hi, princess." She sat next to Jenny.

"No, we're just playing. She woke up while you guys were in the room and was whining a little. So, I got her and gave her one of the little baby food jars you made for her." Janet nodded.

"Thanks." Gabby crawled over to Jenny and sat in her lap. A couple of her toys were on the bed for her to play with. So she grabbed one and was immediately in her own world. "She's very comfortable with you."

"Yeah." Jenny sighed and rubbed Gabby's hair.

"Tell me about your daughter?" Jenny looked up. "I'm sorry. I didn't mean to be....pushy."

"It's fine." Jenny sighed. "It'll be nice to talk about her."

"What's her name?"

"Danielle."

"After Daniel?"

"No, his sister. She protected me the whole time I was pregnant. My family wanted to get to me and she hid me. When I had my baby, Daniel and his family were there. I had a home birth and we both almost died. At the hospital, when they saved us, I got a little bit of time with her alone. She has the most beautiful eyes. She looked at me without any judgment. She knew nothing about me or what I had done. How horrible I was to you and others. She didn't know and she didn't care. She just knew I was her mother and that made me want to change everything for her."

"Toni was the same way with Gabby."

"It's an amazing thing. See you're a good person. People love you and when you do something wrong, you get another chance." Janet nodded.

"True."

"But people like me and Daniel, granted some of it was our own fault, but people saw us as disposable. Nothing to be missed. Me, more than him because he at least had his family. I had no one. So seeing Danielle look at me with love, it made me yearn for that all the time."

"Jenny, I'm so sorry."

"It's okay. I've come to peace with the reality I lived in, but I didn't want to stay in it. I wanted to change it."

"That's good."

"Daniel even wanted to as well. He finally told the truth about everything related to you and all the crimes my mother set him up in. We were going to go with his family to Arizona or Texas, but when my family dragged us back, they stayed to protect Danielle. We snuck away to see her and spend nights with her, but then when my family became so engrossed with hurting yours, we decided not to go see her just in case they were watching."

"When was the last time you saw her?"

"She was eight months old. She had just learned how to say 'mama.' She probably doesn't even....think about me now."

"Babies are more resilient than we think. You're her mother, I'm sure she thinks about you and I'm sure a moment will come when..." Janet was cut off my Jenny suddenly groaning in pain. "What is it?" Janet grabbed Gabby.

"Ahhh..."

"Jenny, what's wrong?"

"My chest. It feels.....sssss.....sharp." Janet stood up and got scared.

"Mother!" She grabbed her phone and began dialing 911. Jenny tried to stand up but fell. "Oh my god." Janet say Gaby back on the bed and went to Jenny. "Mother!" She held her up. "Jenny, it's gonna be okay. Just breathe."

"Janet, what's...oh my...." Katherine had come in.

"Joseph!" She got on the floor with them. Janet spoke to the 911 operator, who had radioed the paramedics. Joseph came in with Toni.

"What happened?"

"I don't know, we were just talking. She was perfectly fine and then..."

"Ahh." Jenny began to cry.

"Jenny, just breathe, honey." Katherine spoke. "The paramedics are on their way and..." Jenny's eyes closed and her body went limp. "Oh no....wake up."

"Jenny, wake up."
