Drarry into the omegaverse

(I know Harry's animal is a stag but for the sake of the plot he takes after his godfather)

Harry woke up hungover, in dog form, at a muggle animal shelter, not remembering anything about how he got there.  He looked around at the dogs in the shelter. He didn't have the space to turn back into a human and he couldn't escape without opposable thumbs. He'd have to wait until one of the workers came and let him out, then he'd have to make a run for it and get out of everyone's sight so he could turn human again. The lights eventually turned on and in walked a familiar face, Draco Malfoy who had disappeared from the wizarding world after the second wizarding war walked into the animal shelter.  Harry barked and Draco let the dog out of his cage "you must be out latest arrival!" Draco said "you were surely getting into trouble last night weren't you- ah!" Draco yelped as the black dog slowly turned into a human "Potter? What the hell?"
"Yeah yeah, long story-"
Draco blushed bright red as he got a blanket to put over Harry. "How the hell did you end up in an animal shelter"
"Too much fire whiskey"
Draco conjured up some extra clothes for Harry and showed him to the staff room to change. "Honestly Potter, only you would get caught by animal control while in animagus form-"
"My dad got arrested in animagus form" Harry said
"Of course he did"
"Sirius showed me the muggle news article about it"
"You'll have to show me sometime"
"So this is where you disappeared to?" Harry asks
"The wizarding world isn't exactly welcoming to the son of a death eater. I'm just waiting until I've got enough money to move to France, there no one has to know about my parentage"
"It's been a while, things have calmed down, you could probably return to the British wizarding world"
Draco shook his head "maybe if I dyed my hair and changed my name" 
"Come back with me Draco, I'm sure your mother's worried sick about you"
"I keep in touch. We exchange letters"
"That's not the same and you know it." Harry took Draco's hands. "We'll start small, I can take you to honeydukes, if people still give you shit for your father's actions I'll tell them to fuck off-"
"Are you asking me on a date?" Draco asked.
Harry turns red "if you want it to be" he says.
"Okay, but you're paying" Draco smiles"now get out of here before my coworkers come"
