Draco definitely has curly hair

"I went crazy when you blossomed as an omega..." Harry ran his fingers through Draco's hair gently.
Draco shook his head "you didn't even notice" he says.
"Oh I noticed" Harry looks at Draco "I almost didn't recognize you on the train fifth year-"
"Are you the one who catcalled me!?" Draco quickly turned around to face Harry
"no, I would never..." Harry's face turned red
Draco narrowed his eyes "I can't tell if you're lying"
"That was Nott"
"It was not what?"
"No, it was Nott as in Theodore Nott"
Draco nods and leans back into Harry "he catcalled me in the common room too"  he said
Harry continued playing with Draco's hair "how do you keep your hair so soft?"
"It's called hair softening elixir, you should try it sometime" (it's literally just muggle conditioner repackaged to look like a potion, I like to think there's a booming industry of muggleborns introducing muggle inventions to the wizarding world under the guise of it being magical) (Draco's conditioner is literally the same as Harry's but with fancy wizard packaging) (Draco would die if he knew)
"Uh huh..."
"You should try my haircare routine, maybe it'll help tame that unruly rats nest on your head"
"Hey! My hair isn't that bad-"
"I got three hairbrushes stuck in your hair when I tried to brush it" Draco reminded him.
"That was one time-"
"I had to cut them out and your hair was back to normal the next day" 
Harry kissed Draco on the forehead
"It's not fair! I took years to grow my hair and you're like freaking Rapunzel over here" 
"Aren't there potions to grow hair?"
"There's potions to regrow hair" Draco says "they don't work for regular hair growth" he sighs
Harry put his hands on Draco's backside, dangerously close to his bum.  "You'd look perfect even without your haircare routine"
"No, then my hair would be a curly mess "
"Your hair is curly?" Harry looked at Draco surprised "lemme see"
Draco shook his head "no"
"Please?"
Draco laid his head on Harry's chest and sighed dramatically before undoing the hair straightening charm.
Harry ran his fingers through Draco's curly hair"you look good with curly hair"
"You say that about everything, I try on a new dress, you say I look good in it, even if it's ugly"
"Because you are beautiful it doesn't matter what you're wearing"
