"is this how it ends? Not with a bang but fizzling out slowly-"
"It's a cold" Draco said as he stirred the peperup potion he was brewing in his cauldron.
"I don't think I'm gonna make it" Harry sniffled "take care of Padfoot when I'm gone, get another dog, name him Harry after me"
"Quit being dramatic" the irony of his statement didn't occur to Draco. "It's just a common cold, it's not dragonpox, it's not mumblemumps, it's not some undiscovered mality," Draco rolled his eyes
Harry sneezed into a tissue "this is it. The end of Harry Potter"
"Harry you're married to the best healer in the British wizarding world, you'll be cured in no time"
"Unable to even see my husband for fear of infecting him too"
"Harry you literally died before and you were fine afterwards, you're not nearly that close to death"
"But that's the thing, death wants me Draco. He came so close twice already, he's coming for me again"
"I'll beat him with a wooden spoon if he comes near you again" 
"Draco you can't beat death"
"Snape did, you did twice, Nicolas flamel did, we wizards laugh in death's face" 
"Draco. Draco my love. It's fine. I want you to learn to love again when I'm gone. Just not with Knott or Flint, or any of your exes... Except Cedric, he's a good man... You can marry Cedric when I'm gone"
"Nobody's going anywhere" Draco grabbed his wand and put the finishing touches on the peperup potion before grabbing a ladle and bringing a spoonful to Harry.
"I can see the light Draco," Draco brought the ladle to Harry's mouth and Harry drank the potion. Steam poured out of Harry's ears as the potion took effect, and Harry instantly felt better.
"how's my little drama queen doing?"
"I am not a drama queen, you're the drama queen!"
"Yeah until you get sick, and there's only room for one drama queen in this relationship"
Harry kissed Draco softly "you're amazing" he said
"I know" Draco responded
