Harry froze when he saw the cover of the morning paper Draco was reading. It had a photo of him on one knee in front of pansy.
"Draco please listen it's not what it looks like and it's certainly not whatever the prophet is calling it-" hard took the paper from Draco.
"Noo I wanna read about your affair!" Draco whined
"It's not an affair! I promise Its not what you think it is!"
"Really? Draco looked at Harry "because I think you asked pansy how to propose to me and she's coaching you on my dream proposal"
"Okay... It's exactly what you think it is..."
"Now can I go back to reading about your imaginary affair"
Harry handed the paper back to Draco.
"Go make me breakfast to make up for you cheating on me with my best friend!"
"You know that article is bullshit" pansy glanced over at Hermione"I would never hurt Draco like that, or cheat on you"
"It's written by rita skeeta" Hermione said plainly "she may as well be a fiction writer"
"This means we have to change Harry's proposal since word got out... Draco doesn't have a backup proposal plan, I'll have to think of something entirely new-"
"Have Harry propose privately, then you can plan it without the public seeing you out two"
"No, Draco wants a public proposal, it's more romantic to declare your love in front of strangers"
"... Are you going to propose in public?" Hermione asked
"Ew, no why would I want strangers staring at us"
