Following the bone removal incident from his second year at Hogwarts, Harry was very particular about who he let heal him. He of course trusted Madame Pomphrey in the hospital wing at Hogwarts, and Hermione to heal him, and the only other healer he trusted was his husband, Draco Malfoy.
"Mr. Malfoy, it's your husband" an intern looked at Draco "watch the potion and make sure it's stirred counterclockwise three times every 3 minutes" Draco tells the intern as he left his work station to go find Harry.
Harry's nose was bleeding profusely and Draco quickly waved his wand in Harry's face, fixing the broken nose "Weasley! What did I say about letting my husband take hits to the face" Draco glared at Ron.
"I can't stop him from headbutting people" Ron said putting his hands up defensively
"Hermione! What a pleasant surprise-"
"I'm afraid not, I've come to poach you" Hermione sighed "as a cost saving measure the ministry has decided to hire a healer instead of sending our aurors to St. Mungo's seeing as you're the only healer our head auror will let heal him, I see no other hiring options"
"I make quite a bit as a healer at st. Mungo's-"
"I can align your lunch break with Harry's, you'll work the same hours and have the same days off"Hermione offered
"Harry likes to work late... I don't like it when he does that" Draco looked at his nails
"I'll limit Harry's overtime to only when it's absolutely necessary."
"And you'll be able to match my pay? After all your alternative option is to heal Harry yourself-"
"I'm quite busy as minister for magic, I won't be able to heal him right away"
"But he's your head auror-"
"And he's your husband. I'm calling your bluff Draco, you're not going to turn down this position and trust some intern healer with Harry"
"But he's your best friend, neither would you"
"Touche," Hermione thinks for a moment "70% of your current pay" she offers
"90%" Draco counters
"75%"
"85%
"80% final offer"
"80% and a key to Harry's office"
"Deal" Hermione reached out her hand and Draco shook it before pulling her into a hug "see you at book club?" He asked
"You know I wouldn't miss it"
"Wait, why does Draco get a key to my office?" Harry looked at Hermione
"Because I'm your husband, and we're gonna have lunch together whether you want to or not"
