Chapter Fifty Two: You Are A Hashira!.

"Has he been transformed......i better not approach him?!." thought Tanjiro, shocked by Genya's demonic appearance.

"Ahhhhh.....i can't heal.....you will pay for this Daken!!!" screamed Karaku in agony over his opponent's latest attack and his inability to seemingly heal.

"Oh quit whining, our regeneration has only been slowed down, not stopped" replied Sekido, who also noticed that Aizetsu had been decapitated as well.

"These demons are just flesh puppets so attacking them is pointless, i must decapitate his main body" Tanjiro thought to himself as he freed Nezuko, who was pinned down by debris, the siblings embrace in relief.

Tanjiro was unsettled, he knew that Hantengu's head wasn't his weak point, and he could smell the scent of Hantengu's real body hidden somewhere on the battle field. Genya angrirly grabbed Tanjiro by the throat and yelled, " I can't believe that you freak became a Hashira first.... don't get cocky, i will become the stronger Hashira....i won't lose to you Daken!" Genya tightened his grip, he was furious.....how could that bastard dog Tanjiro become a Hashira first?!.

"Me and Nezuko will support you on your journey to become a Hashira, now please let me go you are drooling......and their is a fifth demon hidden somewhere in this forest " answered Tanjiro, initially Genya refused to believe him, thinking that Tanjiro wanted him to let his guard down, only to see his bright shining eyes, and realize that Tanjiro is being honest. Tanjiro suddenly pushed Genya aside, as lightning began to strike around them. Sekido, Karaku and Urogi have now fully regenerated.

"Nezuko!,Genya! You two fight the clones, i will search for the main body" ordered Tanjiro as he hurried to find the fifth demon. Genya fired at Urogi while Nezuko battled Karaku, who unleashed a powerful gust of wind that almost hit Tanjiro.

Thanks to the wind attack, Tanjiro's nose cleared of the smell of the village hot springs, enabling him to utilize his sense of smell once again. Concentrating on the fifth demon's scent, he triangulated it to be somewhere in the bushes nearby, whare a tearful and frightened Hantengu was hiding.

"What if my emotional manifestations fail!.......wh....wh...what if Tanjiro finds me,i.....i...will be dead....i don't want to die to Daken!!!" thought Hantengu to himself, his fear of Tanjiro was equal to his fear of his master Muzan and his fear of his superior Kokushibo, after all, Tanjiro was the one who defeated Akaza and gave him a permanent scar and he defeated and killed Daki and Gyutaro, and Hantengu didn't want to be next!. Tanjiro called out to Genya and headed out to the forests to find the demon.

"Urogi, Daken is on the move, stop him" ordered Sekido. Urogi intercepted Tanjiro. Now fighting the demon of joy, Tanjiro yelled at Genya to head northeast instead, whare the demon is hiding low.

Sekido then summoned lightning around the two, forcing them to stop in their tracks. As Genya ran to the forest.

"Nezuko,attack Sekido and stop his lightning" Tanjiro asked his sister. Urogi then flew upwards as Karaku appeared behind Tanjiro, and summoned a gust of wind, sending Tanjiro flying, but the Eclipse Hashira grabbed onto a tree stump and stabed the ground to anchor himself from being blown away. The demon of anger prepared to summon his lightning, but Nezuko rushed at him to attack, but she was suddenly impaled by Aizetsu's yari.

"Foolish little girl i'm disappointed, i expected more from the daughter of Kokushibo" said Aizetsu mocking Nezuko. While elsewhere, Muichiro was still trying to escape from Gyokko's water pot.
