Chapter Seventy: The Dimensional Infinite Castel.

"Our headquarters has been infiltrated by a demon, i repeat, our headquarters has been infiltrated by a demon, this is not a drill, this is not a drill, caw caw!!!." said the Kasugai Crows, the Demon Slayers were shocked,their headquarters was protected by a Wisteria forest.......even the strongest,most high ranking demons, should die if they attempted to go through it?!. All the Hashira as well as Nezuko, Zenitsu and Inosuke rushed, they couldn't let the Oni reach the Ubuyashiki mansion!.

"Fallow me, i found its scent!" yelled Tanjiro, but as they got closer, Tanjiro realized something!.

"It's....it's my father's scent, but why is it so vile and putrid, and so full of pain, anger and resentment?!." said Tanjiro, fulled with worry.

The scent kept getting stronger as they got closer, but nothing could prepare Tanjiro for what he was about to see next......when Tanjiro finally saw his father, he was horrified.

"Dad, is that really you!." Tanjiro was so horrified, this was the first time he ever saw his father in his demon form,and he was shocked at how hideous his father looked, with his pale gray complexion, black Demon Slayer Marks, sharp fangs and worst of all, six yellow eyes with red sclera and the kanji for Uppermoon One written in one of them. There was also somke coming from him due to regenerating his wounds from the Wisteria forest.

"Dad, it's me, it's Tanjiro, it's ok!" said Tanjiro cheerfully as he and Nezuko rushed to hug their father. But as they got closer, Kokushibo launched crescent moons at them.

"You are no longer my demon lord. You took everything away from me, i will make you suffer and pay for what you did,even if it's the last thing i do!." said Kokushibo in a cold but rage fulled tone.

"He must be under some kind of mind control spell, he thinks we are Kibutsuji!." said Tanjiro, the situation kept getting worse for them, the aura that Kokushibo projected was also terrifying and overwhelming. For the first time in their lives Tanjiro and Nezuko were afraid to their own father, they had never seen this side of him before,they knew that he was the Uppermoon One and the blade of Muzan but they never knew that their loving and gentle father had such darkness inside him!.

Meanwhile, Muzan was standing in front of Kagaya Ubuyashiki and his family. Seeing the demon that he, his family, and the Demon Slayer Corps had spent the last one thousand years hunting down, Kagaya politely greeted his unexpected visitor.

"Welcome home, cousin." said Ubuyashiki politely, this confused Muzan. Kaigaku revealed that he and Muzan shared the same bloodline and were distant relatives. Muzan didn't know that, for he was born a millennium ago.

"And what relevance does that have?." asked Muzan.

"Our family was cursed because we gave birth to a monster like you!." answered Ubuyashiki, Kagaya explained that children born to the Ubuyashiki family would die soon after birth. The Ubuyashiki caln was threatened with extinction. They sought guidance from a shinto priest, who said that due to Muzan being born from their bloodline, the only way they could survive and break the curse was to dedicate themselves to hunting him down and killing him, the Ubuyashikis also began to marry the daughters of priests, and although it had made their children less likely to die early, no one in their clan has lived past the age of thirty.

"The heavens are not punishing me. Despite the hundreds, thousands of humans I've killed, I've been let off the hook,is the curse rotting your brain?." said Muzan, the demon progenitor was not impressed by Kagaya's story at all. Kagaya acknowledged the demon lords way of perceiving things, but he added that he had his own way of thinking before asking Muzan what he had been dreaming of for the last thousand years. The demon didn't respond....Muzan felt odd. Despite finally confronting the leader of the Demon Slayer Corps, who he saw as nothing but an eyesore and nuisance, he didn't feel any hatred towards him?!.Kagaya looked right and saw his daughters Nichika and Hinaki, playing with their kamifūsen and singing to eachother, completely ignoring Muzan's presence. Kibutsuji experienced an odd sense of familiarity and relief, which disgusted him. The demon progenitor looked around and realized that there were only four humans present at the mansion, with no bodyguards around.
