Ok so many people have said to me that they're confused because they thought hiccup and the baby are dead , well to clarify the confusion this is what happened:
When astrid stabbed elsa with the knife in the stomach it didn't touch the baby so the baby is still alive but it killed elsa. Hiccup vomited suiside a year after but his mother came just in time and saved him. Months passed and toothless saw that elsa's belly is still growing , that's where he relises that the baby is still growing inside of elsa. He goes to hiccup and tells him the news. When its time for the baby to be born they take it out of her and hiccup names him aspen Herrick haddock.
That's what happened.
