The end?

I came back to Australia waiting for Nicki to pick me up.

"Y/N!" I heard a voice shout.

There she is.

I turned around to see a young man with blonde hair smiling.

It was Lachlan.

"Lachlan! Hey buddy! What are you doing here?" I said as I hugged him.

"Nicki told me to pick you up." he smiled

"Oh, okay." he picked up my luggage and brought me to his car.

We both got in.

"So I haven't spent a lot of time with one of my best buddies!" He looked at me.

"Awww. That's sweet." I smiled

"So now that your'e here, wanna go do something?"

"Like what?"

"I don't know. Go to an arcade or something."

"I would love that. Wanna meet up with Troye as well?"

"Sure." He pulled out the airport parking lot.

"I'll tell him to meet us there." I said typing on the phone.

And as usual when I'm ever in the car, I make them sing along with me to the radio. I know I'm weird.

We got to the arcade after we stopped to get food.

We went inside and right when I won my first prize, everything went black.

"Guess who...." I heard someone say in a sing-song type of voice.

I turned around and hugged him.

"Troye!" I smiled

" Hey big sis!" He was one of my closest friends

"You okay? That Brian guy still following you?" He asked, referring to that time I posted a video about that secret.

"No. He's gone for good. I really missed you!" I was still hugging him.

"I missed you too." He chuckled.

I stopped hugging him.

"Now let's go!" I said as we ran along and started playing.

I completely lost track of time. It was 4 hours past and Nicki told me it's time to get back. I said my goodbyes to the two and Lachy drove me home.

Nicki was standing at the door with a face and her arms crossed.

Lachlan walked me to the door.

"Where were you?! You had me worried sick!" She shouted

"Calm down, Nix. I was with Lachy and Troye." I told her, relaxed.

"You should have at least told me!"

"Okay. Okay. I'm sorry."

"No. Im not having this." She faced another direction.

"Oh come on please." I begged with puppy eyes

"No."

"pleeeeeeeaseeeeeeee." I begged as Lachlan was just standing there laughing.

"Fine." She hugged me.

"YOU." She pointed at Lachlan.

"I shouldnt have trusted you with herrrrrr." she said

"Come on, sis. I haven't seen her in a while." Lachlan said.

"Hey! You may be older. But that doesn't mean you shouldn't listen to my instructions."

Lachlan was Nicki's older brother. Just like siblings... They have a few fights.

"Loosen up, Nick" Lachlan told her.

"Loosed up?!" They started arguing

"She was having fun."

"No. I told--"

"That's enough you two." I stopped them

"You should loosen up." I pointed at Nicki.

"You should listen once in a while." I pointed at Lachlan.

"Dear God, I feel like your mother."

They both laughed.

"Okay, now get outta here, ya nuthead." I hugged Lachlan.

"Okay, see you guys later!" He hugged me and left.

"Now get in there, you'll get bitten by bugs out here." Nicki pointed me to the door.

"Okay, MOM." I said in a low voice, jokingly.

I was done uploading the vlog when Nicki came in.

"Y/N! I have great news!"

"What?"

"The boss wants to promote you!"

"Really?!"

"Yeah... but there's another thing." Her smile was gone.

"What?" Great. I thought this was good news.

"You'll have to stay here for another 7 months."

"Oh my god. Not this again. What about if I dont want to be promoted?"

"You're out of the job."

"W--Wha-what about Simon? I mean, I love this job... But I love Simon too. I can't deal with this-this long distance anymore."

"I know its hard. I'll leave you to decide" And she walked out my room.

I called Simon.

"Hey Babe!" he smiled.

"Hey..."

"What's wrong? Is there something bothering you?"

"Well... I have some news..."

"What?" his smile was gone.

"The boss wants to promote me..."

"That's great!!!" He smiled.

"So why is that bothering you?" He continued.

"Simon...I..."

"You what?" His smile was gone again.

"I'll have to stay here....for.... another... 7 months."

He frowned. "A-another 7 months?"

"I'm sorry Simon... I--"

"No. It's fine. I understand. I'll do the right thing this time and be happy for you." He put on a fake smile.

"Thank you, Simon" I looked at him, his smile was fake. I just destroyed him.

"I love you..." I smiled weakly

"I love you too..." He smiled weakly.

"I'll try my best to get the boss to let me visit... But, I'll see you soon Babe."

"See you soon... "

And with that I ended the call.

Oh my god. That was one of the most heart-wrenching things I've ever experienced.

I couldn't sleep last night.

But. Hey, I never said it would end happily.
