Chapter 8 - Luke's anger

Beau's POV

We got home from the hospital about an hour ago. The doctor had told me that Luke had to rest his leg for a few days.

I had thought about phoning mum but I didn't want to worry her. She would see Luke's leg anyway.

It was like 7pm and Ellie was in her room, Jai was also in his room and me and Luke were in the lounge.

"Do you want anything bro?" I asked, he was laid out on the couch with his leg up.

"Nah I'm fine" he sighed.

"Sure man?" I asked.

"Yeah I'm fine" he snapped fiercely.

"I'm just asking" I said, as I put my hands up innocently.

"FUCK SAKE BEAU I CAN LOOK AFTER MYSELF" he said, he threw the TV remote at me.

It came flying through the air and hit my forehead. A big stinging sensation came. As I lifted my hand up to feel my head I saw red blood dripping down.

"FUCK YOU" I shouted as I stormed off to my room.

Jai's POV

I ran out of my room and Beau came storming towards me. He had blood dripping from his face.

"What happened?" I asked Beau.

"Luke" was all he said, before storming into the bathroom.

I ran behind him.

"Do you need to go to hospital?" I asked him.

"I'm fine" he sighed.

Just as he said that Ellie walked in.

"What happened?" She asked.

"Luke threw the remote at me" beau huffed.

"Why?" Ellie asked.

"Because he didn't want my help" Beau answered.

Ellie got up before he had finished his sentence, she was probably going to speak to Luke.

Ellie's POV

I walked into the lounge and Luke was sat watching the TV.

"What did you do to Beau" I said loudly, I went and stood in front of him.

"Fuck off" he mumbled.

"LUKE ANSWER ME" I yelled.

"Your just like him Just leave me alone" he said harshly.

"No" I said.

"ELLIE GO" he screamed, he pushed me and I fell back.

As he did this Jai ran in and came to my side.

"You need to get help" Jai muttered to Luke as he helped me up and took me into beaus room.

Beau was sat on his bed, I sat down with Jai the other side of me.

"You okay?" Jai asked.

"Yeah" I sighed.

"He's just having a bad day" Jai said.

"Jai don't stand up for him" Beau said loudly.

"I'm not calm down" Jai replied.

"What do we do about Luke?" I asked.

"Leave him that's what he wants" beau said.

Me and Jai agreed.

"El can i sleep in your room tonight?" Jai asked me, if I was him I wouldn't want to sleep in a room with Luke.

"Sure" I said.

Jai got up and left. I was still with Beau in his room.

"Ellie can we talk about something" he said.

"Yea" I nodded.

"Okay you know last night, what you said do you really think that"

I knew he would bring this up at some point.

"I don't know" I sighed.

"Babe your perfect!" Beau said as he hugged me.

"Thanks" I said as I hugged back, even though I didn't feel perfect.

It was getting late and I was getting hungry.

Beau read my mind. "Want food?" He asked.

I nodded, he put out his hand and I took it and we walked into the kitchen. Luke was still sat in the same position on the couch. He couldn't move much because of his leg. I don't know where Jai was.

"Sandwich?" Beau asked.

"Sure" I said.

"Vegemite or Nutella?" Beau asked.

"Vegemite" I smiled.

He made me and himself a sandwich. He took the plates and started heading for the door.

"We're you going?" I asked as I got up to follow him.

"The lounge"

"Why? Luke's In there" I said as I stopped him.

"We have to face him at some point El" he said as he walked into there, me following close behind.

We sat down on the couch that Luke wasn't on, as soon as we went in there he got up and hobbled off without saying anything.

We ate and watched TV.

Beaus POV

Jai came in later on, El had fallen asleep on the couch, Luke was in his room somewhere.

"Bro I'm gonna take Ellie to bed, shall I put her in my bed?" I asked Jai.

"Okay I'll sleep in hers in not going near Luke right now"

"Okay" I decided to put El in my bed cause mine is bigger than hers, Jai could sleep in hers.

"I'm gonna go to bed" I said as I picked up Ellie.

"Night bro" Jai said.

"Night" I said.

I put Ellie down in my bed and we slowly drifted to sleep.
