Chapter 15 - the truth is out

Ellie's POV

I was just chilling on my bed, minding my own business when someone knocked on my door.

"Come in!" I called.

Luke walked in, he didn't look like his normal self, he looked kinda sad and lost.

"Ellie" he said really quietly.

"We need to talk" he was so serious.

"Okay" I said.

"Your wrist" Luke said sadly.

Shit! I forgot to wear a hoodie, oh shit why why why!

"Oh shit! I forgot I'm sorry" I said, I started to cry.

"Shhh baby girl it's okay, no one is angry"

I reached out to hug him and he hugged me back, we took in each others warm embrace. Luke understood me so well, I mean he has a short temper but he also has a really good perspective of other people.

"When did you see it?" I asked him, through tears and gasps.

"Beau saw, he told me and Jai"

I started to cry harder, great they all knew.

Luke calmed me down a bit, he rubbed my back and spoke soothing words into my hair as he hugged me.

Once I had calmed down Luke took my wrist.

"No more okay?" He begged, sadness filled his eyes.

"Okay" I sighed, even though it would be a hard promise to keep.

"Come on" he said, he picked me up and I clung to him like a koala.

"We're are we going?" I asked.

"To see the boys" he sighed.

"No no no, Luke I don't want too" I said as I struggled to get out of his grip, he was much stronger than me so he held me close to him.

"You've got to kiddo" Luke said.

I gave up trying to escape, I just leaned my head in Luke's shoulder and wrapped my legs round his waste, while he carried me down the stairs.

I was really nervous as to what the boys would think, I felt really vulnerable I didn't like it one bit.

The boys stopped there conversation and fell silent as we walked in. Skip was still her I was guessing he knew, I didn't mind though because he was like a brother to me.

Luke walked in and sat on the sofa next to Beau, I was still snuggled into Luke I didn't want to look up.

"El look at me" Beau said.

I reluctantly lifted my head from Luke's neck and looked Beau in the eyes. He looked really hurt, it made me feel really guilty.

"Coke here kiddo" he said soothingly.

I was relieved that he wasn't mad I scrambled off of Luke and into Beaus arms, I hugged him tightly.

"You need to talk to me instead of doing this" he said, he sounded kinda serious.

"Ellie? Answer me!"

"Okay" I said.

"Seriously, I care about you so much"

I didn't say anything.

"All 3 of us are always here, and you have skip and James, we all care"

"I know Beau" I said quietly.

"Ellie" skip called.

I lifted my head to look at skip.

"Your beautiful" he said I'm a really cute voice.

"Thanks skippy" I said, with a weak smile.

I looked over to Jai, he looked the most hurt. I wanted to reach out and hug him but I wasn't sure if he would want me too.

" I love you Ellie" beau whispered to me.

"I love you too" I said back to him.

I looked at Jai again, he was avoiding eye contact with me. Luke must of sensed it because he came and picked me up, I let go of beau and Luke carried me over to Jai. He put me down in the middle of Skip and Jai. He then sat on the coffee table in front of the couch so he was facing me.

Jai waited a while and then he suddenly grabbed me and pulled me into him, he held me close and he wouldn't let me go.

He started crying into my shoulder, I hadn't seen him cry in ages, the last time I had seen him cry was when he saw mum when he came home from tour.  I could feel his tears on my shoulder. I felt a few years escape from my eye, I had stopped crying though.

I held onto my brother, beau came over and say in between me and skip.

"Jai, it's okay bro" Beau said as he rubbed Jai's back.

"Ellie, I love you so much!" Jai said to me, "I'm going to help you stop"

He held me for a bit longer and then he gave me to Beau and walked off, probably to get cleaned up. I stayed snuggled into Beau for the rest of the evening. Luke and Jai had gone, I knew where they had gone, they were probably searching the my room for blades. I didn't make a fuss though, it was for my own good.

Skip was sat next to me and Beau, he was watching the tv. I started to get tired, I wanted to see Jai before I fell asleep though.

"I'm going to see Jai" I said as I got up.

"Okay" Beau said.

I went and knocked on the twins door, they were playing Fifa.

"Come in" Luke shouted.

I slowly opened the door and walked in, I went and sat next to Jai, he was sitting on his bed, Luke was on the bunk above.

"You okay?" I asked him.

"I'm fine babe" he said, he kissed me on the top of the head.

"I'm not gonna do it anymore, I've realised its not worth it" I said, truthfully.

"That's awesome, I'm always here okay?"

"Okay" I replied.

I started to get tired and Jai must have noticed.

"Go to sleep babe, stay with me tonight" he said.

"Okay" I said, he kissed me on the top of the head.

"Goodnight Beautiful" Luke called down from the top bunk.

"Night" I said.

I shut my eyes, I fell asleep instantly.

Jai's POV

Ellie has just fallen asleep in my bed, me and Luke let her sleep in here so we knew she wouldn't be doing anything.

I was happy that she promised me she would never do it again, hopefully she would stick to it.

I cried earlier because I hate to see my little sister in that way, it tore me apart how she was hurting so much that she felt the need to do that.

Me and Luke finished up our game of Fifa and we turned out the light and went to sleep.
