Chapter 30- coming home

Jai's POV

Ellie was aloud to come home today, mum had made me come home last night because I hadn't been home since the accident.

I sprung out of bed, I wanted to get to the hospital as soon as possible. Luke was still fast asleep, I shook him awake.

"Luke wake up" I said loudly.

"Ehhhh fuck off" he whined, rolling over.

"Ellie can come home today, come on" I said.

"Ugh wait I'm getting up" he said, he slowly sat up and rubbed his eyes.

I got dressed and walked into the kitchen, mum was already in there.

"Mum, can we go soon?" I asked.

"Yeah, where's Luke?" She asked, she was making breakfast.

"Getting up" I replied.

I sat down at the table and mum gave me some toast, I thanked her.

A while later Luke walked in and we all ate breakfast together, it felt really weird not having Ellie and Beau here.

"Ready?" Mum asked.

"Yep" I said, i was desperate to get there.

"Let's go then" she said as we walked out to the car.

I got in the front and Luke got in the front with Mum driving.

When we got to the hospital I got to Ellie's room as fast as I could, her and Beau were in bed watching tv.

"Hey bro" Beau said.

"Hey man" I replied.

I then went over and hugged Ellie, "morning beautiful" I said.

Mum and Luke came in after me and hugged Ellie and Beau.

"Ready to go?" Mum asked Ellie.

She nodded.

"I brought you some cloths" Luke said as he held up a bag.

Ellie's POV

Jai helped me get out of bed, Luke gave me the bag and I started walking into the bathroom to get changed.

"do you need any help?" Luke asked me.

I shook my head no and went into the bathroom and got changed into the cloths Luke had picked for me.

He had brought me some skinny trackies and one of his baggy shirts and some of his socks. I looked like such a slob but who cares, it's comfy.

I walked out and Beau was carrying my bag, we walked out to the car and I got in the back with the twins.

The doctors said that I had to stay in bed for a few days because of all my sprains and concussion, I wasn't looking forward to that.

The car ride was pretty silent, everyone was pretty tired and just wanted to get home, I leaned my head in Luke's shoulder.

When we got home we all got out the car, I went to walk into the lounge and flopped onto the couch.

Beau came and sat next to me.

"I know your meant to be resting and everything but do you want to go for a drive and get lunch out or something" he asked.
