Beaus POV

Seeing my baby sister harm herself right in front of me, because of me, had really messed me up. I spent most of the night crying, skip had calmed me down but I pretended to be okay so he would go, I wanted to be alone.

I was still really annoyed with her for running away and everything but now I see how much she is hurting.

I just don't know how to help her because she won't tell me how she is feeling, she just kinda has break downs and gets angry.

Even though I was angry about the money she stole and her breaking my trust I decided today was the day that we needed to sit down and have a serious talk, it can't go on like this.

I couldn't sleep any longer, my mind kept racing and thinking too much that sleeping became an impossible task.

As I went to walk downstairs I walked past Luke's room, there I saw Ellie cuddled up with him, I missed her so much to be honest. I couldn't hold it any longer as I approached my sleeping little sister and kneeled down next to the bed.

She had a bandage on but I wanted to see the damage for myself. I slowly took her wrist and started to undo it, as I unwrapped it a few deep red cuts where revealed to me. It felt like a stab to my own heart, I could feel her pain.

I couldn't control it any longer, all the built up emotions started to bubble up inside of me, I've been strong for so long, I simply can't so it any longer. I sunk to the floor next too Luke's bed, I started to cry, it got louder and louder, next came the uncontrollable shaking, I was a mess.

Ellie's POV

I instantly woke up when I heard someone crying, I presumed it was Luke but he was sound asleep. I looked on the floor and saw Beau... wait beau.

I was shocked to see my oldest older brother crying, he looked like he was having a panic attack, I too started to panicked as I shook Luke awake, Luke groaned but soon came to realisation.

Luke jumped over me and off the bed and knelt down to beaus level.

"Beau" he said firmly.

Beau chocked on his own cries, hyperventilating at the same time.

I noticed my bandage was off, had beau looked?

"Breath beau" Luke said as he placed his hands on his older brothers shoulders.

"NO GET OFF ME" Beau screamed, trying to push Luke off of him, his breathing quickening.

"Calm down bro" Luke begged as he refused to move from beau.

I also got down on the floor and sat the other side of beau.

Beaus cries soon turned into screams, "I CANT DO THIS" "I CANT DO THIS" he kept yelling, me and Luke where shocked, I started to cry in fear, beau held his head in his hands and he started to try to rip out his own hair.

Luke grabbed his hands and pulled them down, "Beau your safe" Luke assured him.

Beaus shaking was terrifying, every single part of his body was in a violent tremor.

Suddenly the door burst open and Jai and skip ran in, looking for the cries.

Jais eyes widened when he realised it was Beau, he stood in the doorway unsure of what to do.

Skip rushed over and immediately joined us on the floor, he tried to calm beau but nothing was working.

Suddenly beaus breathing became impossibly fast, he started to shut his eyes.

"Stay awake Beau" Skip begged, shaking him.

"BEAU" I yelled as I started to cry harder.

"I c-can't cope" beau stuttered as his eyes shut and his head fell back, his breathing slowing, he turned a pale white colour.

"NO BEAU" I screamed as I tried to hug him but Jai pulled me back my my arms, pushing me onto Luke's bed.

"Stay out the way" he told me, I did as I was told and watched in horror as Luke and skip stared at a passed out Beau.

"He's passed out" Luke said stressed, running his hand frustrated through his sweaty hair.

"Lets move him to the couch" skip said as he was trying to keep us all calm.

Skip picked beau up bridal style and started to leave the room, Luke followed behind. I sat on Luke's bed holding my mouth with my hand trying to stop the sound of my loud cries.

"Hey, he'll be okay, lets go" Jai said as he held out his arm for me.

I got up slowly and he put it round me, guiding me downstairs, "your okay bub" he whispered to me.

Once we got downstairs I ran over to Beau and sank down on the floor beside where he was led on the couch.

"It's all my fault" I cried, shaking a bit.

"No it's not, come here" Luke soothed as he guided me onto the couch, I sat down and he laid beaus head on my lap, "stay with him" he said as he leant over and kissed my head.

"Ill get some ice" skip said, Luke and Jai sat in front of the couch on the floor.

"I've never seen Beau like that before" Jai said in a whisper.

"It was a panic attack" Luke said, it was so unlike beau, we where all shocked right now.

Skip came back in with some ice and laid it down and beaus head, he also put a glass of water beside the couch for when he woke up.

I played with his hair moving it away from his sweaty forehead, I decided I needed to change and make it up to beau once and for all.
