I stood nervously at the door of the radio station holding my breath as the seconds passed by. Although I was told to await for a couple of minutes by staff of one Adelaide's most popular music station, it had felt like the longest couple of minutes of my life.

Staring at the various pictures lined across the bright red walls, I took in the anxious experience of my first time speaking on radio. I honestly didn't want to do it, not because I was shy but because I didn't feel the need to talk after yesterday's shock interview. Although a part of me felt like this, deep down I knew it was the best way to stop the rumours circulating anymore.

Taking a deep sigh, my mind rushed as I thought about the issues I was probably going to be asked about. Obviously they were going to ask about Chad and of course the allegations of my affair with Kurt but I actually had no clue what else I was going to get asked about. I really hoped that the interviews were going to give me an easy time, it was already difficult for me to agree to this.

It was actually Jessica who convinced me to do this after we had gotten back home when Angus dropped us off. I was a little hesitant at first but when Jessica seemed to give me reasons to do the interview I really had no other choice. Maybe this radio appearance could be a good thing; I had no idea until the door in front of me opened.

With my mind rushing with all kinds of thoughts, suddenly the door had opened as I stood up on my feet and found my eyes on a rather tall woman. Her short black hair was curled as her heap of her was put on one side over her right shoulder. She smiled as she introduced herself to me.

"Good morning Carmen, we've been expecting you. I'm Georgie, the manager of the radio station, Breeze FM. Before this interview, I want to let you know that we've tailored a specific set of questions that you are free to look over. Those are the questions you will be asked by our lovely radio presenters, unless you otherwise have any concerns or anything you don't want discussed?" Georgie asked as I politely nodded my head to disagree. The smile on her face disappeared and transformed into a kind of frown.

"I understand that with everything that is going on for you, it's hard. I know this isn't my place to say but I personally don't believe that you were involved in any affairs. Just by looking at you, I know you aren't like that type of person. Carmen, I'm just looking out for you, you know. If any question makes you uncomfortable, don't feel the need that anyone of us forced you to do it. Promise me?" She asked me as I put on a smug smile on my face. Georgie smiled back, giving me a thumbs up before marking down something on her clipboard. We stood in a moment of silence before she looked up and gestured for me to begin to follow her.

Within the next few moments, I was trailing behind Georgie as I glanced around at the various photos and CD displays scattered on the bright red walls. I wasn't really paying much attention to the other people walking past me since I only had my mind on my upcoming radio interview. How was I supposed to present myself? What was I meant to say to sound believable?

Earlier on, I told Jessica about my concerns and as the loyal friend I always came to endear, she just told me to be myself. That wouldn't have sounded so hard if you didn't have a group of sporting fans trailing on your tail for news on a story that made little sense.

"Hello, and welcome to Breeze FM, Adelaide's favourite music station; I'm Willow who is without her amazing radio partner, Dave who is unfortunately not with us for the next week." Willow, the radio announcer who sat opposite across from me said quite loudly. I wasn't uncomfortable with the new surroundings since I was used to spending time with Jess watching the latest episodes of The Bachelorette.
