Changes To The Treaty

Bella's POV

I actually forgot to mention some of my gifts to the Volturi; oh well, too late because they're dead. The wolves had headed back to the reservation to tell the elders what happened. I sighed as Edward wrapped his arms around my waist, I just wanted to throw him on the bed and have my way with him, but Alice wouldn't allow that to happen. She said we would have to wait until we got married and not a second sooner.

Edward whispered in my ear, "I can't wait until our wedding night. I don't know if I'll be able to stop." I said seductively, "I know the answer to that." He asked, "And what is that." I replied, "No. I won't be able to keep my hands off of you." He said with a little seductiveness, "I can't wait." I turned around and pulled him for a kiss, only a few seconds later to interrupted by Alice. She said, "Ahem." I turned to glare at Alice. Edward asked, "What do you want Alice?" Alice said, "It's time for the family meeting, you two need to head down to the living room.

I let out a sigh and grabbed onto Edwards hand as we headed down the stairs into the living room, everyone else was in the living room, waiting for us. Edward pulled me onto his lap, after he took a seat on the couch; we waited for the family meeting to begin.

Edward's POV

I pulled the love of my life onto my lap and waited for Carlisle to start the family meeting. I didn't know what he wanted to discuss; he was blocking his mind from me, which started to make me a little nervous. Bella noticed and asked, 'What's wrong Edward?" I whispered in her ear, "Carlisle is blocking his mind, I can't read his thoughts."

Silence fell between all of us for another minute, then Carlisle finally spoke up. Carlisle began, "I would like to discuss somethings with all you." Carlisle turned to look in my direction and said, "We need to discuss about the treaty with everyone, but we need the wolves to arrive first." Bella spoke up next, "They will arrive in three minutes, they will be joining us in the living room--in their human form."

We remained quiet, while we waited for the wolves to show up. As Bella had said, they were here in exactly three minutes. All of us watched them with wary eyes, except for Bella. The head of the pack said, "Thank you for agreeing with this meeting Carlisle." Carlisle replied, "Well, thank you for trusting us enough to be in your human form." Rosalie as impatient as always, "Let's get this meeting over with already." Everyone ignored her comment, even the wolves.

Few seconds later, Bella spoke up, "What would you like to discuss about the treaty with us Sam." Sam said, "We would like to make some changes." Carlisle questioned, "What kind of changes?" Sam said, "Bella will be allowed on the reservation, eventhough she is a vampire know, but I need to ask Bella a question first." He turned to Bella and asked, "Have you ever killed or harmed a human for blood?" She replied, "I never touched a drop of blood in my entire four months of existance as a vampire." Sam replied, "Then you're allowed to be on the reservation." An ackward silence fell upon us all, Sam was thinking of letting me on the reservation, but decided against it because Jacob and I would probably get into  a fight. I told Sam, "You're right, I would lose control of myself because of the way he thinks about my Bella."

Jacob's POV

I said to Edward, "What are you talking about?" Edward said, "I know how you feel about my Bella, I know that you think you're in love with her." He started to make me furious, I said in an angry voice, "Stay out of my head." Bella stated, "There will be no fighting, so stop it the both of you." Bella got off of Edward's lap and stood in front of him in a protective stance. Bella shouted, "Out, before you phase inside the house."

I ran out of the house, as soon as I was out of the house I phased; I turned round to face an angry Bella. She said, "You need to learn to control yourself! Stay out here, until your calm enough to come back inside!" She stormed back in the house, boy was she hot when she was angry.

Bella's POV

After yelling at Jacob I went back inside the house and sat on Edward's lap. Edward's jaw was clenched tight, I could tell he was angry. I asked softly, "What's wrong Edward?" He looked away from me and replied, "Nothing." I extended my shield around everyone, including Jacob who was outside. I caught onto jacob's thoughts, "God she's so hot, when she gets angry."  I don't know how many times I've been telling him I love Edward and not him, he will never give up. I said, "I'm sorry about that love, there's nothing I can do about him."

A few minutes later, Jacob came inside, so we continued the discussion. Sam turned to Carlisle and said, "Carlisle, you will be allowed on the reservation for emergency purposes only." I watched as Carlisle nodded his head in understanding. I asked, "Is that all?" Sam replied, "I have ask Carlisle one question. Have you ever touched a drop of human blood Carlisle?" I watched Carlisle as he replied, "Never in my entire existance." Then Sam stated, "You will be allowed on the reservation for emergency reasons." I watched as Sam shook hands with Carlisle and left with the rest of the pack following behind him.
