Chapter 8

Tris pov

"Mom, dad what are you doing home so early" I say and everyone glares at me. Not the boys just me.

"We got a call from Marlene's parents" My mom says

"And what did they say" I say sitting down on the couch across from everyone. Tobias and Al follow.

"How could you tris" my mom says starting to cry.

"Your a good girl and know when something is right from wrong" my mom says with more tears rolling down her face. My dad gives her a hug and tells her it's okay, trying to calm her down.

"And when were you planning on telling us that you got this girl pregnant" Tobias dad says

"I was working on it" Tobias says

"Mom look I'm sorry" I say and she looks at me.

"Tris please just leave me alone and let me take this all in at once" she says walking to the kitchen.

"Al so this is your girlfriend" Al's father says

"Yeah and I want to help support her and the baby" he says and I smile at him.

"You two may love each other but we feel like it would just help if you guys stayed away for a little." Al's father says

"Just for a little while, let tris think about her whole pregnancy" Als mom adds

"So your telling us to break up" I say

"Just for now" my dad answers

"I get pregnant and you guys want to make my life even more terrible than it already is" I say

"Do you think I wanted for this to happen to me, no. You guys are just torturing me" I add

"Tris calm down," my mom says

"I can't calm down, my whole life is just falling into reverse. " I say crying

"Tris don't cry, everything's going to be okay, we can get through this together" my mom says walking up to me.

"Honey, we will be here to help you" Tobias mom says.

"I just don't want to deal with this anymore" I say putting my hands in my face.

Why did I sleep with four, it only was a few minutes and it means nothing now.

"Can me and Tris talk alone for a second" Tobias says

"Yeah" my dad says, probably staring him down on why he got me pregnant.

"Hope you guys figure things out. Albert and my husband were just getting ready to leave" Al's mom says.

I feel someone kiss my head then walk away.

"Okay there gone" Tobias says

I look up and give him a hug. Then I start to cry into his shirt.

"It's okay" he says combing his fingers through my hair.

"It's okay" he adds

"I'm so sorry Tobias" I say crying

"Hey look at me, it's not your fault" he says as I look at him.

"I feel like everything is" I say

"It's both of our faults" he says and we laugh. I don't know why that was so funny, but it made me laugh.

"Give me your pinkie" he says and I put a confused face on.

"What, why" I say

"Just give it to me" he says, so I do. He wraps his around mine.

"Here's me promising, that I will be here for you every step of the way and I'm going to help you raise our baby." He says kissing our pinkies and it makes me laugh.

"You always know how to make me feel better" I say and he smiles.

"So are you okay" he says

"Yeah, I was just freaking out but now I'm okay" I say

"Good" he says and I give him a hug.
