Tris Pov

I lay Connor on the bed and put a light blue onesie on him. I look through his bag to look for his blue bathing suit pants but I can't find them.

(A/N: is there a name for the bathing suits that boys where, because I really don't know what the heck there called.)

"Tobias, have you seen Connors bathing suit pants" I say

"These" he says pulling them out of his luggage. I grab them from him and giggle.

"Why are they in your bag" I say and he shrugs.

"I don't know" he says and we laugh

"Well mommy found your shorts" I say to Connor tickling his feet. He laughs and kicks them around.

He's in a much better mood today , which makes me happy because I hate seeing him cry.

I slide the shorts on and put a shirt over the onesie. I lift him up like he's standing and he starts bouncing his legs.

He doesn't know how to walk yet, but he crawls, a lot.

I place him on the floor and let him crawl around. Then I get myself ready.

We get to the beach and the sand is soft & hot. The water is a nice clear blue color. The Bahamas is so beautiful.

I don't really like to go in the water, so I'm just going to sit back and watch while Tobias and our parents go.

I lay a blanket out and sit Connor on it.

I put some toys on the blanket so he can play. I don't want him to play with sand because I don't think he's old enough. I feel like he would eat it.

I watch as my parents and Tobias parents slash around in the water. Tobias is just swimming around.

My mom comes out and sits next to me.

"You can go in, I watch Connor" she says

"Maybe later" I say

The truth is I'm a little afraid of the ocean. Ever since the 7th grade I watched this documentary about this girl who drowned in the ocean.

Everyone else comes out of the water and Tobias sits next to me. I smile at him and he smiles back.

"How's Connor" he says

"Good, playing with his trucks" I say giggling

"Why don't you come in the water" he says

"I'll watch him for you" Evelyn says

"Ugh, maybe later" I say

"Tris" he whines

"Tobias" I say kissing his cheek.

"Fine" he says standing up. I giggle and play with Connor. Then I feel arms around me. I get picked up and Tobias holds me over his shoulders.
