Chapter 60

Tris pov

Rachel holds a healthy baby boy in her hands. When they got to the hospital, doctors took care of them and made sure they were both fine.

"He's the only thing I have left" she says to me as she plays with his tiny hands.

"He's adorable" I say

I look at my watch and it reads 1:30pm. Tobias and I have to get Connor by 2.

"I got to get Connor but if you need anything you can always call me." I say and she smiles.

"Thanks Tris for everything" she says and I nod.

"No problem" I say then leave.

Tobias and I just picked up Connor so we're on our way home.

"How was grandmas and grandpas house" I say to Connor, turning in my seat to face him.

"Leave me alone mommy, I'm tired" he says crossing his arms and closing his eyes.

"Okay" I say turning back in my seat.

"It's official everyone hates me. If it's not my son its my best friend. Who's next, you" I say to Tobias and he chuckles

"No one hates you. Connor doesn't hate you he's just being a cranky 2 year old" he says

"And for me, I would never hate you, I love you way to much" he says holding my hand, which makes me smile.

We get to the house and I sit in the living room thinking. I should apologize to Christina.

"Connors asleep, so we have some time to ourselves" Tobias says scooping me up and kissing my cheeks.

"Not now I'm thinking" I say

"About what" he says

"If I should apologize to Christina or not" I say

"I think you should" he starts to say

"But-..." I get ready to protest

"Just apologize to be the bigger person." He interrupts me before I have time to protest.

"I know your right, trust me I know that. I just think you should be the bigger person and apologize. Then everything will be resolved" he says and I nod.

"Okay" I say looking down at my shoes

"Should I apologize today or tomorrow" I add

"Do it today, it'll be better if you did it today" he says

"Okay, watch Connor while I'm gone" I say getting up and grabbing my keys.

"Be gentle and soft, I know your right but just make it seem like she's right. You know what I mean" he says before I leave.

"Thank you, love you, bye" I say

"No goodbye kiss" he says

"Nope, now goodbye" I giggle

"Bye love you" he says and I close the door and get into my car.

I get out of the car and walk to Christina's house door. I knock three times and Will answers.
