Chapter Nine:

My eyes were focused outside the window. Bright lights had filled the night sky. I hated light pollution because you couldn't see the night sky for what it really is.

"Logan. I need to make you stronger. I'm going to feed you my blood," The Alpha announced, "Think of this as a privilege. You have so much potential."

I looked at him with a blank stare. I wasn't sure how to react.

"Quiet for once. Not for long. I'll make sure you become my loyal little puppy. Do you like the sound of that?" he asked sarcastically.

"Sure, Alpha," I replied sarcastically.

"I'll tell you, your purpose," The Alpha closed the distance between us. "You are my own killing machine. You are my weapon." The Alpha said forcefully.

I frowned. The Alpha's intentions were to use me.

"What do you even drink to stay alive Logan?" he asked curiously.

"I eat fresh meat genius," I growled.

"Watch it," The Alpha snapped, "We don't have feral animals where we are going. We are more civilised that that."

"Fuck that," I cursed straight to his face.

The Alpha had his claws inches away from my neck, "I would quit while you're ahead," he smiled darkly.

I was in a constant state of fear when I was around the Alpha. He was a tough man who had power and authority radiating off of him, almost crippling those around him.

"Sorry Alpha it was just hard to believe-" I started

"What? That were actually civilised? Yeah it was a joke," he grinned returning to his seat.

"Good one Logan," Xavier clapped mockingly. I glared at him. "By the way Alpha I think you should feed him blood. He's too weak," I didn't realise he would get me back like this.

"But he is only eighteen. You're at least a thousand years old," Francis added.

"No one was talking to you Francis," Xavier scowled.

"I think you're right Xavier," the Alpha smiled. I wish I could wipe that stupid, pathetic smile right of his face.

The Alpha sank his fangs into his wrist, "Well I don't see what I could lose. You will be under my command anyway."

I pulled against the restraints, trying to break free but there was no hope. The restraints were far too sturdy. They were designed to keep the person locked in place. The Alpha forced me to drink his blood making me swallow.

"Not too bad I hope," the Alpha went back into his seat

I eyed the blood on his wrist hungrily, "Not. At. All," I replied my fangs retracted.

"That's a little strange. Have you not been fed blood by your father Logan?" Francis asked.

"Why would he?" I asked.

"No reason..." Francis pondered. I was frustrated that he wouldn't reveal to me what he was thinking.

I sighed angrily. I haven't had blood in a while. I'll admit it did get the better of me. I shook my head.

"Then there's Logan's mental battles," the Alpha added with a laugh.

"He certainly has a lot of them," Francis nodded. They act as if I'm not even sitting here.

I hit my head on the back of the chair. "Ouch," I muttered. I wish I was dead already.

"We're landing in five minutes," Francis announced to everyone.
