 Chapter Thirty-Six:

“Logan wake up dam it” Ronan shook me out of my deep heavy sleep that had been induced by the tranquiliser.

I put my hand to my forehead “What is it?” I asked him

“Five minutes until we land get prepared to fight Logan, you, we have to fight together for any hope of winning, it so happens to turn out the Black Dogs are also using there experiments” Ronan explained.

Ronan ran to the back of the plane shortly coming back with a stash of weapons “No need for all of that” Grandfather came up on Ronan from behind making him instantly turn around, he looked afraid of him. I wonder what exactly made everyone so scared of him.

"Shut up father, we need all the help we can get” Ronan then turned his attention to me “The vampires are coming to help us they are ten minutes away. Turns out that all of the Black Dogs and there experiments are all here, pouring into Ryan’s pack and I haven’t heard back from him” Ronan sounded urgent, I started to get jumpy.

 “Alright no problem” I nodded

“Oh and father these weapons aren’t for us but the creatures that don’t have there own” Ronan frowned at my grandfather

Ronan threw the back over his shoulder and directed me to follow him, surprisingly grandfather followed behind me. I kept looking back to make sure he wasn’t up to anything stingy especially if he might hurt me but all he did was have a smile, a smile that Ryan has.

We ended up in the desert. I jumped down the last two stairs and onto the sandy terrain. Ronan laid down the weapons while the rest of the creatures made there way out of the plane “Anyone who needs a weapon just grab one, there is plenty for everybody” Ronan shouted as some creatures grabbed a weapon of there choice, they all seemed to have a preference.

Ronan grabbed me by the shoulder and looked straight into my face, his eyes going dark “Promise me that you won’t die, ill fight alongside you for this battle. Stay by me” Ronan waited for me to answer, “Promise me Logan” he searched my eyes

“Sure. I promise” I nodded, I knew that I had to do everything in my power to save everyone from the Black Dogs, all the innocent lives that are probably being lost right now. I will protect everyone with even my own life

“If you die then you're no longer of use to anyone so I would advise you to stay alive” Ronan told me letting go of my shoulders

“How far away is Jasper’s pack!” Ronan shouted to no one in particular

“Ten minutes, he wants you to wait with him” Cam came over to Ronan

“We cant wait, we have to go now” Ronan said, he was the type to charge in without back up because he thinks he can do it all on his own.

“Don’t be stupid Ronan, look there plane has arrived earlier than expected” Cam directed Ronan's attention to the plane that was now currently landing “Don’t tell me what I can and cant do Cam, remember who’s in charge” Ronan growled in anger, he didn’t appreciate his Beta criticising him

“Ronan calm down we need to keep our heads clear” I told him “if we are distracted we are going to die”

 “Okay, sure” Ronan nodded

“Look who it is” Jasper greeted his brother “Logan” he greeted me with a nod I bowed my head slightly.

“Alright Jasper you can join Logan and I if you like in this battle but you better decide quickly everyone is starting to head out” Ronan proposed the offer to him.
