Chapter Twenty-One

 Chapter Twenty-One:

 “Warwick hurry up, you're going to be late” I shook him awake

 “Okay” he replied before falling asleep again

 I went into the kitchen to fill up a bucket of water, freezing cold water. I entered back into Warwick's room tipping the water on top of him

 “What the hell” Warwick woke up abruptly jumping out of his bed

 “Next time get up when I tell you” I laughed at his reaction

 “You are so not funny” he whined

 “What happened?” Hayden ran into the room expecting something terrible to have happened only to come into a room with Warwick soaking wet and me laughing on the floor.

 Before anyone answered Hayden left the room coming back with a towel. He threw the towel at Warwick

 “Alright hurry up” Hayden hurried Warwick to get changed for school

 “At least its Friday” Warwick muttered

 “Logan I'm going to school with a friend today” Warwick told me walking over to his closet and picking out some clothes to wear

 “You're telling me now?” I grumbled throwing myself back onto the bed

 “Yes I am obviously. Don’t ask questions you already now the answer to” Warwick scolded

 “Alright, just make sure you're cautious. If anything happens ring me, got it?” I asked him

 “Yes I understand” Warwick waved off

 “Do you want me to pick you up?” I asked him

 “I’ll text you around the end of the day or Hayden” Warwick said before leaving the house. He's too mature for his age.

 “I heard you went out with Kayla” Hayden smiled leaning on the counter as we made our way into the kitchen

 “What about it?” I asked cautiously

 “You seem like quite the charmer Logan, never expected that” Hayden continued to speak “You made the poor girl blush” he laughed

 “And?” I asked not amused

 “You don’t care that I'm teasing you? That's new” Hayden continued to smile

 “Well I don’t waste my time listening to negative people like you” I answered, smiling

 Hayden bursted out in laughter, he held his stomach as he continued to laugh. He finally stopped enough to catch his breath

 He whipped the tears away from his eyes “You're funny” he got out

 “I do try” I grinned

 “But anyway Kayla and you are all I ever hear from anyone” Hayden continued the previous conversation

 “Why does everyone care?” I asked intrigued that everyone wanted to know about us, I don't exactly know a lot of people around here so why would they talk about me

 “Well Logan a couple of people had there eyes set on you for a while when you came here. Are you that blind?” he asked with a smile 

 “I ignore people Hayden, everyone knows I'm not interested in anyone but Kayla” I answered

 “Yeah well no one sees all that shit. They want what they want, that’s how the world works” Hayden headed for the door “Anyway I'm going out with a beautiful young lady” Hayden closed the door shut.
