Chapter Twelve:
“Logan get you're ass out here” Jensen yelled from the dining area. Luckily my room was on the bottom floor with the kitchen.
“No” I yelled back. I don’t like meeting new people, never have. ‘Friends’ cause you pain, their nothing more than pain itself. I see no real reason for them.
I heard footsteps outside my door. I crept back from the door just as it got kicked open “The door was open” I told Jensen along with a couple of his buddies.
“Come on runt lets go” one of the werewolves said while the others laugh at what he had said. It was childish and insulting.
“What did you call me?” I asked beginning to shake with anger, I don't like being disrespected in that manner. Why am I stuck with a bunch of idiots?
“A runt, hard of hearing?” he shot back smiling to himself as if insulting me was something he wanted to do forever, except he barely even know me. I haven't even talked to him before so how was it that he acted so wounded.
“Brad leave it” Jensen made him back off “It was nothing more than a joke”. Brad shot me one last look before he stormed out of the door. I knew he wanted to fight me and honestly I would have loved to beat his face into the ground but he was a team member and I couldn't do that to everyone I came across.
“Nice friends Jensen” I muttered angrily
“You don’t have to take offense for the most stupidest things” Jensen raised his voice
“Yell at me all you want Jenny cause that won't get you anywhere” I punched the wall leaving a big hole in it. His ideas of jokes are in fact not even remotely funny
“You didn’t call me Jenny you… I'm gonna’ beat the shit out of you” Jensen fumed.
Jensen leaped at me with the full intent to beat me. I mentally laughed; this was going to be pathetic on his half. I released my claws just as his hands were around my neck. I felt the blood trickle down my arm. I immediately retracted my claws, Jensen collapsed onto the floor.
“Dam it” I muttered. I ran to my cupboard grabbing a needle and thread. I examined the wound I left on Jensen; there were four marks on his stomach each from my claws, which contained wolfsbane. I carefully stitched up the wound I caused, now to get the wolfbane out of his system. I bit into his wrist giving him all of my anti-toxins.
I collapsed onto the floor as all of my anti-toxins were gone, I must have ingested some of the wolfsbane while I was giving him my anti-toxins. I coughed up blood, spitting it onto the floor. I lifted myself up on shaky feet, walking out the door. With support of the wall I made it outside in the night. I believe werewolves power comes from the moon, my family can also help me as they are now all stars in the night sky leaving me on this god forsaken planet.
I fell into the snow in the woods. Nature is the only thing that can help me now as stupid as that sounds. The stars are watching over me and I'm asking my parents to lend me strength.
I was sweating even though I was in the snow. “Why has everyone left me” I thought out loud “All I did was kill them in the end” I let a tear slide down my cheek, I have stayed strong for too long, I cant help it.
“Dam it Logan” I heard Jensen’s voice desperate “Are any one of you Hybrids?” he asked the team that tagged along with him in search for me
“Yeah” one stepped forward “How much anti-toxins did he give you?” he asked me directly but I wouldn't give him an answer. I didn't want anyone to know how much I gave Jensen as far as I care they can just leave me out here to die. I just keep hurting the people I care about.
