Chapter Ten:

“The car is outside ready for us to make our way into the mountains. It takes us half way then we walk the other half” The Alpha explained to everyone so that we all knew what was going on, well it was more for Xavier and Francis to know.

Xavier, Francis and the Alpha packed the things they brought with them. We left the building that didn’t have sliding doors, which I was thankful for unlike the last time I had encountered them, standard doors were always the safer option.

The car was a normal sedan so that we can blend in with everyone else. I must say that I prefer to live in the mountains rather than being faced with all these weird things like sliding doors, phones and whatnot. Even living with humans I didn't have any phones.

I have to figure out when I'm going to make my escape. I know I will get away somehow like I did with the Black Dogs but I'm starting to doubt it. Maybe this time there will be no happy ending.

We drove in silence the whole way. I hopped out of the car when it stopped. The cold breeze sent shivers through my body. I threw my hands in my pockets as I started walking threw the knee high snow.

If I shift into a wolf I can easily blend in with the snow but I could barely fight but if I shift into a werewolf then I can fight as well as run but I will be spotted very easily. Decisions like this is what I hate. I sighed angrily. I wish I could read their minds but there stupid barriers are put up and even if I did attack there barriers they would instantly know and suspect me.

We stopped just outside my pack's territory after what seemed like a never ending walk. Maybe I could howl so they had a chance to escape. What should I do?

“This will be so exciting” the Alpha stated. He actually looked excited, maybe because there would be a lot of blood shed and after all he was a man that enjoyed seeing blood spilt for his own agendas.

If I kill my family and pack then I would have nothing to live for, I think that’s the point of me killing them so that I have no ties with anyone of the living so it would make it a lot easier for me to obey and be a good little solider.

The Alpha grabbed my shoulders tightly looking into my eyes “You will kill everyone. You understand?” he compelled me.

“Yes Alpha I do. I will kill everyone I lay my eyes on” I replied like a robot

“Now that I have compelled him this will be much easier. Lets get going” the Alpha commanded, seeting forth in front of all of us. Francis shot Xavier a worring look but Xavier dismissed it.

We stepped onto the territory of the pack that I have to kill. That’s all I can think about is killing them. Seeing there blood spill onto the ground staining it, seeing the light leave there eyes as they slowly fade farther away from life. Their last breath of air.

The sun was setting. Red filled the sky maybe foreeing the  bad things that were to occur today. Deaths of many, the deaths of innocence.

The house came into view. The Alpha put his hand out stopping me from going any further. I was angry at him for stopping me. I needed to kill everybody I lay my eyes on but I waited enough so that he could say whatever it was he needed to.

“Wait a minute” he whispered, “We can’t just go rushing in” he laughed, “Actually we can. Let the slaughter begin” he howled

I shifted into a werewolf sprinting to the house. The snow cold against my feet. I entered the building running straight for my brother. I have to kill him. He's all I can think about, killing him over and over again with my own hands.
