The next couple of weeks of summer was spent practicing our animagnus forms, and talking with everyone. Cathy and I had gotten a lot closer over the summer, meaning more pranks. Of course, Harry was always prepared though, meaning we hardly ever were successful in our pranks. Tomorrow was the day we went to Kings Cross to leave for Hogwarts! I'm so excited! The thing is, Harry's been a little awkward around me for some reason. I don't know why though...it's really weird and frustrating. But I want to spend more time with him, we haven't spent time alone in a while. "Harry!" I sang, skipping down the hall to his room.
"Rose!" Harry mocked, opening his door, grinning.
I smiled back, "Come on! I wanna spend some times with my best friend!" I said, holding out my hand. Harry hesitantly took it, and followed me down stairs and outside to the park. Oh, this will be fun!

After a few hours of messing around Harry and I headed home. We were talking when I heard an excited squeak. My head whipped around towards the door to my house to see a small house-elf. "Harry!" I whispered, nodding towards the house elf. Harry's eyes widened, stopping. "Who are you?" I asked, standing beside Harry.
"I'm Dobby, miss. Dobby, the house elf!" Dobby said, smiling.
"Why are you here? Who sent you?" Harry asked, grabbing my hand.
"Nobody has sent Dobby, sir. Dobby has come on his own. Dobby came to warn Harry Potter and Rose Black!" Dobby squeaked, his huge eyes looking around wildly.
"Warn us about what?" I asked.
"I came to warn Harry Potter and Rose Black, that they must not go back to Hogwarts school this year! Terrible things will happen!" Dobby stuttered, his eyes showed fear.
"Not go to Hogwarts? Are you mental?" I asked, my eyes wide. "Hogwarts is our home! We have to go back!" I whisper yelled. Dobby's eyes widened,
"B-but Harry Potter and Rose Black mustn't go back!" Dobby squeaked again.
"We're going back, Dobby." Harry said, dragging me past the house elf and walking inside. "What was that about? And what is so bad that we can't go back to Hogwarts?" Harry asked, walking up the stairs with me.
"I don't know...anyway, we're going to Hogwarts tomorrow, so I'm going to bad, night!" I said, kissing his cheek before going into my room,
I woke up the next boring to Cathy jumping on my bed and singing at the top of her lungs. I shoved her off, making her land on my beanbag chair I had in my room. She sat up glaring at me while I laughed. "Oh, come on Cathy, your fine!" I laughed, grabbing my blue jumper and my jeans that I laid out the night before.
"Yeah, yeah." She grumbled.
"To Narnia!" I shouted once I was dressed. Cathy rolled her eyes, walking out of the room. I giggled, brushing out my hair. Once I was finished I went to the bathroom to brush my teeth, then I skipped downstairs. "She'll be coming around the mountain when she comes! She'll be coming around the mountain when she comes!" I sung, twirling around. That was a very bad idea! I squealed as I tripped, and fell of the stairs. I closed my eyes, waiting for impact but I was caught by someone instead. I opened my eyes a little to see Harry looking down at me, concerned. "Harry!" I sighed in relief, hugging him tightly.
"Rose, are you okay!?" He mumbled into my hair, his breathing uneven.
"I'm fine." I mumbled, burying my head into his shoulder. Harry sighed, walking into the kitchen with me clinging to him.
"Harry? Why are you carrying Rose?" Dad asked when he saw Harry carrying me, his arms wrapped tightly around me and vice versa.
"She fell down the stairs but I caught her. She got scared." Harry explained, sitting down, I curled up in his lap, a blush on my cheeks.
"Is she okay?" Dad asked, looking at me from across the table.
"Yeah, she's fine. Just a little shaken." Harry said, kissing my head a little to calm me down. It worked. I slowly lifted my head from Harry's shoulder, smiling at dad. "Hey daddy." I said cheerfully, starting to climb off of Harry's lap. Harry's arms loosened around me, and let me slide off of him.
"He princess, are you okay?" He asked, waving his wand so there was cereal in front of us.
"I'm fine daddy! Were's Cathy?" I asked, taking a bite of cereal.
"Right here cousin! Had to write back to my Fred." Cathy said, walking into the kitchen. I smirked,
"Your Fred?" I asked, chuckling. Harry was laughing and Dad looked like he was deciding between laughing or over protective uncle. Cathy blushed, hanging her head.
"Shove off." She grumbled, and started eating her cereal. I giggled, sharing a look with Harry before going back to eating.
