After about 15 minutes of waiting in the common room the portrait hole swung open. Harry and I jumped up and watched the crowd of Gryffindors as they piled in. Then we saw our friends, Cathy, Mione, and Ginny looked worried while Ron looked confused. "Cathy! Mione! Ginny!" I yelled to them. Their heads snapped over to were Harry and I were standing.
"There you two are! We were so worried!" Mione exclaimed grabbing me in a hug. I giggled hugging her back. I looked at Cathy to see her glaring at me. "She got really worried when you weren't at the sorting." Mione whispered.
        "Hey Cathy." I said hesitantly.
"I hope you had fun scaring me cousin! You had me worried sick! What the heck were you thinking?" Cathy snapped.
"Well, I will explain it to you if you will stop being a butt." I said, rolling my eyes. She made a gesture which said go on. I quickly explained why I wasn't at the feast, and Cathy sighed.
"Sorry I snapped at you. I was just worried." Cathy said. "Am I forgiven?" She asked, holding her arms open for a hug.
"Forgiven!" I smiled, hugging her. "Hey Gin!" I said, giving her a hug.
"Never do that again!" She mumbled. I nodded, letting her go. "Come on! We're going up to our dormitories to unpack and stuff!" I yelled, dragging Mione and Cathy up the stairs while Ginny was on my back.
"Complete nutters." I heard Ron mutter to Harry.
"You know it!" I called back, laughing with the others. We entered ten dormitory and saw that there was just enough beds. Ginny went to her bed, Mione to hers, and Cathy to hers. I quickly unpacked everything then sat on my bed. Mione had her own personal library in her suitcase as always meaning most of her unpacking was putting her books neatly on a shelf in our dorm. Ginny was done quickly as was Cathy.
"Alright, who wants to play truth or dare?" Cathy smirked.
"Me!" Mione, Ginny, and I yelled. We all sat on the floor. I had my pillow clutched to my chest, while Mione laid on her bed with her pillows propping her up. Cathy laid with her elbows on the pillow and chin in her hands. Ginny sat on her pillow, leaning against her bed.
"Alright Ginny, truth or dare?" Cathy smirked.
        "Truth." Ginny said confidently, smiling.
"Who do you like? Like, like like?" Cathy asked, and we watched Ginny's face to red.
"Promise not to tell?" Ginny asked, looking at them. They both nodded eagerly. "Draco." She said.
"Wait really?" Cathy asked. Ginny nodded.
"You have to admit Cathy," I interrupted, "they would look kind of cute together." I said. Cathy and Mione both agreed, and we moved on.
"Mione, truth or dare?" Ginny asked.
"Dare." Mione said hesitantly.
"I dare you to...um, tell Ron you like him!" Ginny finally said, smirking at Hermione's red face.
"Fine." Mione grumbled, leaving the dormitory. We all followed her into the common room were Ron and Harry sat on the couch talking. "Hey Ron?" Mione said confidently, standing in front of him.
"What?" He asked.
"Can I talk to you? In private?" She asked.
"You can say it here." Ron said. Mione sighed.
"I like you." Mione mumbled. Ron's face turned red and he looked shocked. "It was just a dare!" She said quickly, running over to us on the stairs. I think that went well. We all ran upstairs giggling. "I hate you all." Mione grumbled, pouting.
"Oh come on Mione, it was funny!" Cathy laughed.
"Yeah, yeah. Rose truth or dare?" Mione asked.
"Dare." I smirked, watching the surprise appear in her eyes. Then it was replaced by mischief.
"I dare you to tell Harry your feelings for him in the next week." Mione said, watching my reaction. I took a deep breath, kept my face casual, and nodded.
"Okay." I said calmly. Though I was screaming internally. They all looked at me surprised.
"Wait what!? Your not even scared!?" Cathy said shocked. "Wait a minute, yes you are!" Cathy yelled, watching me.
"How do you know?" Ginny asked.
"Cause her eyes get darker and she starts fidgeting a lot when she's scared." Cathy shrugged. "It's a family thing." She said casually. Ginny made an 'o' face before sitting back down.
"I'm not scared!" I defended. Cathy just rolled her eyes,
"Whatever you say! Now dare me!" She yelled happily. We all giggled, then continued our game.
