Chapter 6 - Bonding, Getting to Know

Third Person's POV

Mai walk with Sakura through the woods, towards the two boys.

As they reach to a clearing, they saw the boys fall down.

"Ara? Still trying I see" Mai said.

"Oh!! Mai-sensei!! Whatcha think? I improve alot didn't I?" Naruto said excitedly.

"Hn, Dope... You barely go up by an inch..." Sasuke said.

"What did you say, teme?!! I went up more then an inch dattebayo!!" Naruto shouted.

"Mah, Mah, both of you... You just take your time... Dont rush. You both will be excellent shinobis" Mai patted both of their heads.

"Mai, stop spoiling them. They wont grow up that way you know" Kakashi jump down from the tree, book still in his hand.

"Mou, Kakashi, They grow up too fast actually" Mai said.

Sakura look at both of her sensei back and forth.

"Saa, Lets have a small break. Eat your lunch then you can continue" Mai said.

She set down the lunch she brought.

"Hai, sandwich for Naruto. Sasuke, some onigiri and tomatoes" Mai handed them.

"Eh? Tomotes....How.." Sasuke look at her surprised.

Mai smiled at him.

"I have my knowledge" Mai winked at him.

Kakashi then give her a look.

Mai smiled at him.

"Hai, your sandwich" She handed him his sandwich.

"Why is it that Sasuke has different from ours?" Naruto ask.

"Well, Sakura and I made different for you all. Naruto, I made egg sandwich for you with veggies. You cant seem to eat Ramen all the time" Mai scolded him.

Naruto pouted.

"And Sasuke loves tomatoes right? Its healthy for you" Mai said.

"Cheh... Sasuke this, sasuke that, ita always Sasuke-teme dattebayo" Naruto continue pouting, eating his sandwich.

"And also, Naruto..." Mai called.

"What is it now, dattebayo?!" Naruto said.

"Naruto! You're being rude to Sensei!" Sakura yelled at him.

"Mah, Mah, calm down Sakura" Kakashi said.

"Since I cant make Ramen for you here, I made a sandwich special for you right?" Mai said, smilling.

Naruto look at her surprised. Then grin and rubbed his nose.

"Yeah, I guess" He said, flustered.

"Hn, just eat, dope" Sasuke said.

Naruto got a ticked mark on his forhead.

"What did you say, teme?!!" Naruto start again.

"Hora!! You two! Just keep quiet and eat!" Sakura said.

Mai turn to Kakashi.

"Ara, you finished your sandwich already?" She ask.

"Well, you were paying so much attention to the kids, thats why" Kakashi said, reading his book.

"Kakashi-sensei... Are you jealous?" Sakura whispered.

Kakashi dropped his book.

"Eh? Hahaha...ha... What are you talking about?" He said nervously.
