Chapter 31- Lost

Third Person's POV

"Agh...my head..."

Said person slowly sat up and held her head. Her head's pounding so hard.

A sudden wave of chakra hit through pass her and her eyes widen.

"Naruto!"

The overwhelming chakra was the very well known, Kyuubi...

She immediately sat up and look out the window.

Her eyes widen in horror.

"W-what happened...here..." She whispered.

Before her, the sight of her beloved village, destroyed. It's as if, the village is in the middle of a wasteland...

She then came to a realisation. Her family.

"Rin!! Kakashi!!"

She slowly walk out of the room.

Beginning to get used to her body, she ran as fast as possible, trying to sense Rin, if she's in the building.

It was hard because of her still weak condition.

But surely enough, she sense her daughter in the building.

She ran towards the direction where she sense her daughter and She barged inside the room and look around.

Her eyes widen slightly.

"Itachi...."

She walk slowly towards the bed and look at the sleeping figure.

Itachi lay down on the bed, still asleep. She figured out much that Itachi is still asleep from after she saved him from dying.

She then heard whimpering below the bed.

She bend down and look under and saw a very much scared Rin.

Ring was laying down, hugging herself and closing her eyes, her hands to her ears, whimpering.

"Rin!" Mai called.

The little girl look in front of her and her eyes widen.

"Mama!!"

Rin immediately crawl out and hugged her mother.

"Mama... mama!" Rin whimpered.

"It's okay now. Mama is right here..." Mai comforted her, hugging her tightly.

After awhile, she pulled away and look at her daughter.

"Rin, what happen? Where is Papa?" Mai ask.

"T-there's a big 'boom' o-outside just now. Then P-Papa ask Rin to hide... Papa never come back after he go out" Rin tried to settle down a little.

"How long has it been? When did it start?" Mai ask.

"I-I don't k-know... Mama...I'm scared" Rin started crying again.

"I'm sorry... I'm sorry... I won't ask again. Okay? It's okay now..." Mai bring her to a hug again.

She look outside the window and she's able to sense the kyuubi raging.

"Naruto..." Mai whispered, worried.

She turn back to Rin.

"Rin... Rin... look at me" Mai called.

Rin look up at her mother.

"I want you to stay here-"

"Yada! Mama!! Rin want to follow! Don't leave me alone!!" She cut off her mother.
