Zayn's POV.

She was being nice to me. Even after all the crap I spoke to her. Lindsay's a model, a dancer as well. One of the bests. I expected her to be cocky and rude like most are.

But she was different.

No, my feelings for her were still mutual. But I could at least get along with her. Maybe we could be friends. Yeah, I'd like that a lot.

As she kept dabbing on my eyebrow, I took that time to explore her eyes. They were a crystal blue, but also really gray. I've never seen eyes like that. They were probably contacts.

She left me alone while she went back to the bath room. At that time I decided to get her a drink.

I walked up to the bartender and paid for two beers. I owed it to her anyway. If Niall hasn't grasped my attention, if I hadn't heard her screaming, the guy might've been dead.

I held the two drinks in my hand, waiting for her to return. After 10 minutes of waiting, I started to worry. I scanned the crowd for blonde curls when I finally spotted them. She was talking to Liam.

I let out a sigh, knowing Liam wouldn't try anything. Walking over, I handed her the drink and wrapped my arm around her waist.

"Erm, I don't drink." The girl was full of surprises. She set it down to the side and rested her head on my shoulder. I could live with this.

Lindsay's POV.

It was nice to know that Zayn had thought of me while getting a drink. But alcohol wasn't for me. It never will be either.

I looked down at my hands, spinning the ring around my finger. For my 16th birthday, my adoptive father had gave me a promise ring.

From that day on, I promised myself I wouldn't drink or have sex until I was married. I was confident with myself. That's how I have lasted so long.

The comfort of Zayn's arm soothed me. I was super tired. Tonight, a lot of things had happened.

I was dating Zayn Malik.

It even sent chills up my spine just thinking of it.

After a bit if day dreaming, Zayn handed me a bottle of water. I smiled and thanked him silently, taking a sip of it. It instantly cooled my throat.

-2 hours later-

Zayn was just starting to get tipsy. Niall was handling his beer well, though I thought he was about to let loose any second. Harry and Liam were pretty stable, and Louis was flat out drunk to the point where he could barely walk.

I laughed as I kissed Zayn's cheek,"I'm going to head out and go home. Thanks for everything."

I smelt the alcohol as he brought me in for a hug,"Be safe, alright?"

I chuckled a bit and pinched his right cheek,"I wasn't the one drinking."

He smiled at me and let me go. I walked out, to see the limo pulled out for me. Jae opened the door for me, and I climbed in reluctantly. The clock read 1:09.

I rested my head back on the seat and exhaled a big breath of air.

"Long day?"

I looked up and lightly smiled at him,"You have no idea."

"Well Zayn seems like a nice boy."

I raised my eyebrow up at him,"Why do you say that?"

He shrugged his shoulders and started the car,"I just know he'll take good care of you."

I smiled and closed my eyes, wanting to rest on the long drive home.
