Sabine charged into the Lounge of the ship where she saw the rest of the crew. She had ran without pause and was increasingly concerned for Ezra the more she thought about him. She just wanted him back ASAP.
Kanan, Zeb and Hera were wondering where Sabine and Ezra had went, they weren't even in the ship this morning...and it was worrying.
"Oh my gosh, guys!" The girl called out as she ran up them, trying to form a sentence through all the anxiety. "EzragottakenandIdontknowwhere...!"
They were taken aback by Sabine's panicking. Kanan held her shoulders and calmed her down.
"Sabine, slow down. I don't understand a word you're saying!" The Jedi waited for her to take a breath before letting her continue. "Now, what was that about Ezra?"
She was shaking. She could feel the trembling in all her muscles. She felt so guilty for what happened, feeling it was all her fault. The bounty hunter was after her, but he ended up with Ezra instead.
"Ezra...h-he's been taken..." She stuttered slightly less. "...a-and I don't know where!"
They all went wide-eyed. Ezra was taken? By whom? When?
Hera stood by Kanan's side and helped him calm Sabine.
"Taken? Where? By who?" The Twi'lek asked.
Sabine looked at them, opened her mouth to respond but simply didn't know what to tell her.
"I...I don't know!" She cried out. "He was taken by a bounty hunter...Kanan, it was the same guy we saw at that nightclub!"
Hera looked at Kanan and crossed her arms, her face was not-so-pleased.
"You took Sabine to a nightclub!?" She questioned her Jedi comrade. "Kanan, she's sixteen!"
Kanan shook his head at Hera.
"Not now, Hera!" He turned back to Sabine, it was obvious to him that she wasn't messing around. "Sabine...if those guys took Ezra...they'll bring him to the Empire. Do you have any clue where he'd get taken?"
Sabine took off her helmet, and could only give him a helpless look.
"No..." She began. "It was the Green one. The Mando I mean. Me and Ezra...we...we were going out for a walk and he jumped us. He knocked me out and took Ezra...oh gosh, Kanan we HAVE to find him!"
She was extremely worried for Ezra. She already experienced what it was like to be a helpless captive to an Imperial...she didn't want Ezra to experience anything even remotely similar.
Kanan had Sabine sit down while he thought about the situation. Zeb then sat next to her and made her go through what happened again.
"We know that Ezra was taken by a Mandalorian...it wasn't too long ago...likely to bring him to the Empire..." Kanan laid out what they knew in his head, but had no idea what to do.
It wasn't enough. The Empire have many, many places where they can store captives...the bounty hunter could've taken him all the way to Coruscant for all they knew. The last time Ezra got captured, they knew exactly what ship he was being held on...but this time? No clue.
He sighed and looked at Hera.
"We'll have to think of something"
Ezra sat calmly in his cell. A cell identical to the one he had been held in once before. The difference however, was that he had a green-skinned bulky man standing on the opposite side of the cell from him, his pale eyes were fixed on him.
"This guy really doesn't want me to escape..."
Ezra was an escape artist...he could find something that would work...but he had zero tools on him. The Inquisitor had searched him clean.
"If you could just...stop staring at me...I'd appreciate it" The Human said to the man, whose species Ezra had never seen before.
He didn't respond, but simply kept glaring at him with his arms crossed and his limbs still. The only thing that had motion was his double-eyelids, moving reptilian-like.
The cell-door slid open, and then entered the other Inquisitor, she gave Ezra a small glance then turned to face her partner.
"The bounty hunter didn't take kindly to his lack of compensation...but I think it's safe to say that he'll keep searching for the girl...after all, what bounty hunter could say no to the allure of vast wealth?" She told him. "Now leave us...you know I like to handle the interrogations".
He nodded and went to stand outside the cell. When the door shut behind him, the woman held out a probe droid like a parrot. She took some steps towards Ezra, who watched her unintimdated.
"I'm not afraid of these sick people" he told himself. "I'll find a way to get out...and get back to Garel".
"So, young one. I hear you have a Jedi master..." She let the probe droid leave her arm and it hovered over to Ezra. He was unshaken as the droid moved onto his shoulder. "...I suppose you know why I'm here...and I know you're not going to just tell me what I want to know on the first attempt...so let's get straight to the fun part..."
He felt himself gulp. He figured the Inquisitor, like the one Sabine encountered, would have a different method of interrogation...but no matter what, he'd just be pleased that he was here instead of Sabine. He'd never let Sabine get caught again, not after what happened.
He got his answer when the droid on his shoulder began releasing a voltage across his body. It hurt...really bad. He was unable to stay sitting straight as every single pain receptor in his body was stimulated. He yelled out in constant agony as he fell over on the floor before the devious Inquisitor.
"I'm going to leave you screaming like that for a good...eh, five minutes?" She smirked behind her visor. "Now, I know you want it to end right now because...that really hurts. It is pretty unbearable, as my previous victims tend to say".
He tried to stop screaming, to stop looking so weak...but it was impossible. It simply hurt so badly that he literally could not stop screaming.
When the long and agonising five minutes were over, Ezra squirmed weakly on the floor. His limbs were hardly responding to his brain.
Seventh Sister crouched beside him and caressed the side of his face.
"Aw, it really hurts to see a cutie like you in terrible pain..." she smiled at him, but Ezra couldn't see the friendliness in her. "So...generally people don't spill the beans on the second attempt either...so I think we might as well get straight to the next five minutes...?"
Ezra closed his eyes tightly and his body was overwhelmed with another extremely painful voltage.
The Inquisitor chuckled and stood up as he began screaming again, his body giving out spasms.
"Don't worry, there'll be no permanent damage...at least, not at this stage!"
