Nakigitsune x Reader (Tell me your secret)

There was this guy I met. He was a sword of mine.

I actually have 49 swords all in all. And, there's this type of sword that never really speak.

His name is Nakigitsune.

He has a little fox sitting around his shoulders al the time.

One thing i always notice about him... he wears this mask.

He never really removes it.

I wonder what he looks like if he takes it off...

One day, all the swords were very busy. Some swords are one expedition. Some sparring, some doing fieldwork, some just doing some stuff. Or probably cleaning.
Except for him...

Nd probably Akashi... well, Akashi is lazy. I know he's not lazy. Maybe he thinks that he doesn't really belong to the swords' company. He might've thought that all of them would be happy if he was all alone.

Maybe, this is the right time to help him out of his loneliness.

So, i went to his room, and knocking on his door.

"Nakigitsune? Nakigitsune are you in there? "

"Nakigitsune is present within this area! " his little fox said.

Aww, he always let's his fox dictate all his thoughts all the time.

"I'm sorry little fox...but.. i have to talk to Nakigitsune for a while if you might.."

"Understood, Aruji-dono! " the fox said, going down Nakigitsune's shoulders.

I then sat beside him. Respecting the fox and His companion, i just took the small fox to my arms.

"Naki-kun. I'll just call you Naki is it alright with you? " i asked.

He nodded.

"Naki-kun... how have you been here living in the citadel with fellow swords? "

He didn't responded to my question. But he took his pet fox and whispered something.

Then, the fox went back to my lap. It smiled at me.

Nakigitsune then left the room without saying a word.

"I'm sorry, Aruji-dono. He can be a bit shy towards girls. Even though you are his master. Although, he told me something. I should pass it to you, he said. " it said.

"Alright then, please do tell me. "

"Aruji-dono, i know that you think it's hard to communicate with me this way. Please, tonight let's meet at the Cherry blossom garden. " it dictated to me.

I petted the little fox and thanked it fir being a good companion to the citadel and to Nakigitsune.

Later that night, i came to see him.

"Naki-kun. "

"Don't worry, Kitsune-chan is sleeping in my room. "

For the first time, i heard him speak with his voice.

"Aruji-dono. The cherry blossoms tonight looks very wonderful.." he said.

He then approaches me and holds my hair gently and smelled it.

"Your hair is so soft and smells beautifully as the cherry blossoms of the night. " he said.

I blushed a little as he said this.

"Who taught you poetry? Kasen or Hachisuka? "

He laughed a little.

"Aruji-dono..." he whispered

"Yes? "

He offered his hand, and said..

"Shall I lead you to this dance? "

I placed my hand on top of his.

And with that, we waltzed together on a night full of Thousands of chwrry blossoms Flying around from the air to the sky.

"Aruji-dono, are you enjoying this hour we spent dancing? Enjoying? Gazing to the night sky? " he asked.

"Yes! Yes I have! "

He smiled a bit and said, "come."

He then pulled my arm and took me to a place

There we sat on a branch. Later did I know that we were on top of one of the sakura trees.

I paniced thinking i might fall on the ground.

But...

He grabbed my hand, and his other hand on my hips.

Saying, "It's going to be alright. I'll be here beside you. "

"Naki-kun...."

Nakigitsune then removed his mask. And said..

"Aruji-dono...I love you

Please...Kiss me.. "
