Irene Adler keeps a diary to write in when she's stressed about her job or taking care of her brother, Moriarty. Kate once found it and she thought it'd be great material for a book (maybe called "Diary of Dominatrix"). Irene thinks it's ridiculous. Also at least 20% of the pages just say "We didn't have dinner."
