••| Chapter 13 |••

Zaira: 

I got up excited as hell. I was going to France in a day. Only me and my husband. I couldn't wait to make this time the best time of my life. I quickly took out all the clothes of mine and him from the cupboard and spread them all over the bed. I took out our shoes and all accessories. He was still sleeping peacefully looking like an angel descended from heaven in my life. It was true. He made my life beautiful. I caressed his cheeks and gave a quick peck before getting up. I was busy with all the packing and stuff. I grabbed a chair and stood up to reach the top cupboard. I was still not able to reach it. I toppled over and lost my balance. I was waiting to hit the ground but No!

How could I? when I had my saviour by my side?

I fell in his arms. "You know you shouldn't be doing these kind of adventures in this situation." He said worriedly.

"I know. I was just over excited and you know if I wasn't this short I would be able take out the bag." I replied. He got up on the chair and was about to take out the bag when suddenly his face turned into a smirk. He picked me up and lifted me up saying "Now you're not short, take out whatever you want."

I giggled at his cute gesture and took out a travelling bag and 2 backpacks.

"Did you put my Laptop and charger in the bag?" He asked as I zipped up the last bag.

"Don't tell me, you're gonna work on our honeymoon even." I asked him, clearly getting annoyed.

"Maybe, when I get a little bored." He replied nonchalantly.

"Oh so you get bored of me! After all 6 months have gone by. Seeing same face everyday makes you kind of bored. Same is the case with me." I replied trying to act innocent.

"Bored of me? Wait and Watch now." was all he said and started chasing me across the room and we fell down on the bed. I was over him and we both were laughing like idiots.

"I am glad that this idiot is mine." I said, pulling his cheeks and he quickly pulled me into a hug.

Dee entered the room suddenly, startling both of us.

"Oops, I didn't see anything. Sorry sorry. I should've knocked." She was covering her eyes with her hands.

"Come on Dee, don't be sorry. You don't need a permission to enter your little brother's room. He's yours before he is mine." I said, slightly blushing because of the recent situation.

"Yeah Dee, We were not even kissing!" Sid smirked at me. I playfully slapped his arm and gestured him to behave.

"Aw! You guys are too sweet. Too much sugar can lead to diabetes." She replied and made me smile.

"Dee, I told you na! My Zaira ain't like that." Sid interrupted.

"Ahan!" She winked at him.

"Anyway, I came here to ask you that if you guys need any help with the packing and stuff?" She asked.

"No Dee! It's fine. We'll manage!" We both said at the same time.

"Such love much wow!" she said causing me to blush.

My cheeks turned crimson red as Dee kissed on one side and Sid on the other.

"You know how cute you look when you blush?" Asked both of them, simultaneously.

Cute and Me? Blekh!

"Let's start packing. We don't have much time." I tried changing the topic.

I grabbed the bag and put mine and his clothes in it. I put his laptop in the backpack along with the charger and some other accessories that he needed. I packed my backpack and put all the makeup and stuff in that. That was it. Packing was done!

"That was fast. Super woman!" Sid exclaimed. I stood there proudly. We went downstairs to spend some quality time with the family before we left.

Sid:

I was ready to have the time of my life with her. She was just like me, sporty and adventurous! I was sure that we would enjoy like hell. We were all chatting and cracking jokes. Priya came up with a plan and we started playing Dumb Charades.

Rahul was the captain of team A and I was the captain of team B. Rahul quickly chose Priya in his team at first choice. I quickly took Zaira in my team. Dadi [Grandmother] went with Rahul's team and Dee with mine.

So First Rahul's team called up the first participant. We decided to send Zaira first. Rahul spoke something in her ear and she got confused.

"That's not even a film jeeju [Brother in law]!" She exclaimed.

"It is! I've seen it myself."

She thought for a while and quickly started acting. Dee and I were trying hard to guess the movie. She did some action and then changed the whole action in next try. She stood there biting her lips.

She was not able to act it. I saw Rahul signalling to Dee to let me guess the film. I ignored him and continued concentrating.

"I LOVE YOU!" I exclaimed in excitement, pointing my finger towards her.

Everyone started staring at me and Zaira started jumping.

"Just a movie name guys. And I don't do that stuff in public." I winked at her.

Everyone started laughing except Zaira. She stood there blushing. Then it was Rahul and Priya's turn. I whispered the movie's name in her ear and she started acting. Rahul was concentrating but still wasn't able to figure out.

"Humpty Sharma ki dulhaniya?" He asked questioningly.

Zaira chirped in. "No jeeju, [Brother in law] She's Rahul Malhotra ki dulhaniya. [Rahul Malhotra's bride.]" making everyone giggle.

We started the count. "Hum sath sath hain". He shouted quickly.

"Thank God. I thought you would never guess that" Priya said.

Now it was my turn to act. Rahul whispered the movie in my ear.

I started to act. "HASEE TOH PHASEE" Zaira and Dee exclaimed together.

"Gotcha. It was so easy peasy"
And the whole night was passed like that, playing different games and talking about anything and everything. 

Everybody wished goodnight and went to their respective rooms. We slept as we had to wake up for the early flight tomorrow. I was going to miss my family in this 1 month. I closed my eyes and pulled her closer and went to sleep in pure bliss.
