••| Chapter 31 |••

Sana:

I was continuously spying on Zaira. To be honest, I hated her the most right now. Never mind, I hated her all the time. This week had been a long and hectic week for me. Seeing Sid in a condition like that was unbearable and Zaira was the reason behind his condition. She hurt him. Because of her, he was lying unconscious and nearly escaped comma. But Thank God, Sid was improving. Now I would take care of him and he would be mine. I smirked evily. I sneaked into their bedroom to see Sid had slept already.

Perfect!

I searched here and there but couldn't find it. I didn't give up though and finally found it after 5 to 10 minutes of my hunt. It was beside his pillow. I tried my best not to make any kind of noise.

Now it's time to use my sharp mind again and unlock this phone.

But to my surprise as I touched the "Slide to unlock" screen, the cell phone was unlocked.

Seriously Sid? What kind of stupid person doesn't put a security code on their phone. Too much trust huh, well it would not remain soon.

I opened his inbox. I knew reading someone's private texts is a bad habit and kind of an ill-mannered act but I swear I didn't read any of his messages, I was just working on my huge plan's phase 1. I opened all of my messages to him which he had not bothered to reply. Luckily he hadn't deleted them, I started replying one by one to all those messages in a romantic way, just as Sid was.

Then I deleted all the sent messages from "Sent items" folder and teehee! Phase 1 accomplished! I was on cloud 9 because now my plan was into action. I gently put the phone on its previous location, gently caressed his cheeks and went to my room with a victorious smile. I heard footsteps.

It must be Zaira.

I thought and quickly went to my room. I peeked through the door and saw her carrying some kind of bowl.

Oh why do I care? Poor girl, I thought to myself.

Zaira:

It took me almost 20 to 25 minutes to cook that instant soup. After I was done, I grabbed some bowls and spoons and went to my room. And saw him sleeping. My face turned into a frown. He looked so peaceful while sleeping but I couldn't let him sleep without eating anything. He hadn't eaten anything since morning.

"Sid, Sid." I shook him gently.
No answer.

"SID!" I yelled near his ear and grinned ear to ear.

"Ouch! Is this the way to wake someone up? And especially a patient?" He whined.

"Sorry, I tried the former method as well but it had no effect on you." I replied acting innocent. I settled him in a sitting position and stuffed some pillows behind his back and sat beside him.

"You want me to feed you? Or can you manage?" I asked genuinely.

"Actually, I am feeling some kind of pain in left arm and since the right one is fractured so I have no other choice." He tried acting innocent.

"Why didn't you inform me earlier about the ache? Is it severe or?" I asked him worriedly.

"It's just that I can't move it and eat." he smirked.
