She wanted him.

Probably more than she had I'm a while. Somehow the wall was a place they ended up; his big arm on either side of her, her back pressed against it, her lips practically fused with his.

She shouldn't be doing this because she was in a time crunch but she practically needed it. Needed him. Needing the feeling.

"We have to hurry." She whispered breathlessly; his lips at her neck as she pushed his sweatpants down.

"Why? We have nothing to do." He brushed his hands down and over her butt; sliding them up again along with her nightgown. He picked her up by her thighs; her body sort of in the air for a moment before bringing her down onto him; his length pulsating inside her all at once.

"Oh God." Her body tensed a bit and he groaned. He rocked his hips into her fast, her body moving a bit uncontrollably. She held onto his shoulders, his name on her lips.

His lips were everywhere; her throat, her chest, her lips and her cheeks. Her head was cloudy; all thoughts centered on the way he was making her feel.

"God baby, it's been so long."

"Missed this...missed feeling you." She pulled at his hair; the groan sounding from him making her shudder.

She could feel her stomach tightening; her body clenching around him. She buried her face in his neck; kissing here and there as she inched closer and closer.

Her arms squeezed a little tighter as he thrusted hard into her; effectively knocking her over the edge. She tried her best to muffle her moans in his shoulder. He kept moving before she heard him groan, their bodies moving through it.

Soon they came down; him moving over to the bed and laying on it, her laid on top of him. She was completely limp with the beautiful feeling. The euphoria settling in her bones. Well, she was limp till she realized what she was supposed to do.

"Oh no, we have to get up." She sort of rolled off of his body and stood carefully.

"Why? What's the rush?"

"Just get dressed will you? Trust me, I'll explain everything soon." She heard him sigh before getting up.

She freshened up; putting on makeup and pulling her braids up from out of her face. She brushed her teeth and hurried out and to her closet to get dressed.

When she came out; she saw him sat at the end of the bed. He was adorning the white cuffed button down shirt she loved on him along with some shorts and tennis. He looked like Adonis.

He glanced up from his phone, his eyes looking over her before he smiled.

"You look beautiful." She moved over to him; his arms bringing her into him automatically.

"You look handsome. Please wear stuff like this more often." His smile became shy.

"I'll try. Now will you tell me what's going on?" She moved away, putting her hand out for him. He grabbed it at once; getting up. She lead him out of the room and down the stairs; they moved straight back to the living room. She stopped at the closed curtains and turned to him.

"I need you to close your eyes." He looked confused before he closed them. She opened the curtain a little and opened the door; leading them out onto the porch. She closed the door behind them before smiling at him. "Open your eyes."

He opened them and everyone yelled "SURPRISE!" He looked taken aback and confused before looking to her.

"You said we were just gonna go to dinner."

"I lied." He smirked before looking to everyone cheering.

She had decided that for their 10th anniversary she would throw a big party. She invited old football teammates, Coach Harbaugh, his family and some of hers as well as all of their friends. It was a good filler for their usually incredibly spacious backyard.

"This is crazy..." they moved down into the grass as everyone started to greet them and what not. He couldn't even control the surprised and happy look on his face.

The kids all rushed to hug them; his smile bigger because everyone knew but him. It was great to see him so surprised: to see everyone together and happy and healthy. And with the music turning on; the party began.

****************

She watched from the table as her family danced and laughed on the dance floor. She had sat down a little while ago to give her feet a rest. But watching was more amazing than she could have imagined.

Knox, now sixteen, was everything she could have imagined he would be. Just as sweet, a thousand times more mature than he already was, and just as smart. The whole experience was a small distant memory. He loved psychology even more now, and frequently he would talk to her about it, as they had been talking about it for years(something she found out about and then worked to refresh and learn more right along with him).

Darlene, now thirteen, was just as much as an individual as she wanted to be. She did her own thing, and it was especially interesting when she expressed her interests in science. So, they had looked online for one of the best science kits you could find and made a deal that if she was going to experiment she would do it outside. Of course she agreed and it was like routine to see her out in the yard looking at things.

Kiyland, now nine, was the sunshine of the house. Always happy and giggly, except for the rare days where she would have her problems with Titus(which were rare because they were practically inseparable). She started to take to music. She didn't know how to feel when Kiyland came to her about learning how to work recording instruments and what not. But, it was something she seemed excited about so she showed her the ropes. She taught her to play piano and now she was learning to play guitar.

Titus, nine as well, was the boy with more purposes than one. He wanted to do everything and he knew how to do everything. Where as the others focused their minds on different things; he jumped through everything , learning as he went, switching between learning from her and Colin. He was the kid that made decisions as he went and would probably be the more free spirited one of them all. Titus was the indigo child.

And she loved every single one of them to pieces. With everything in her.

She was broke out of her reverie when she felt him sit beside her. She turned to receive a kiss to her cheek.

"You always knew how to throw a party." She smiled big.

"Well, it's our anniversary; I had to do it big." He grabbed her hand and kissed her knuckles before holding it in his lap. She leaned against his side.

"We're raising some good kids."

"We are. We have a lot of them."

"Not that much. They can fit in a small truck. Soon we'll make Knox drive people around and we can have more time to ourselves. Promise."

"God, yes. A couple more months...not that I want him to drive because then I'll have more to worry about."

"You always worry. He'll be fine. I know it."

"I know. It makes me feel better though." They smirked at each other.

"Seventeen years hm?"

"Seventeen is a really long time."

"I know. Thank you for being one of the best wives a man could have."

"I am the best wife aren't I?"

"By far the greatest." He kissed her cheek.

"Thank you. I appreciate it."
