Chapter 37~ Savannah

I lay in my bed, listening to my calm breathing and try to forget about Tom's death, when suddenly, I hear a knock on my door. After a few seconds, the knocking continues, and realizing my Mom probably wasn't going to answer it, I went down stairs and there, knocking on my door, was the last person I wanted to see.

Brooke...

"Brooke, what do you want?" I said, rolling my eyes, not wanting to put up with any of Brooke's bull shit... "Oh, nothing, just wanted to see how you were doing after the hole Tom thing..." She said in her sweet but fake voice. "Look, Savannah, I know your going through some stuff right now, but don't think that I forgot about everything you've done to me." Brooke said as she walked into my living room. "I've just recently heard a little something about you being pregnant... is that right?" 

"How- how did you know about that?" I said as my heart started to race. "Oh, trust me." She said, with a menacing look in her eyes. "I know people..." 

"Where are you going with this?" I sighed tiredly... "Well," Brooke said. "I have the whole conversation with you and Sage in the park recorded on camera, and unless you break up with Sage again, the whole school will know about how much of a filthy tramp you really are." 

My eyes widened... not this again, I thought. "No." I said, "Not this again. Please, I'll do anything but that, whatever you want!" 

Brooke put a finger on her chin and tapped her foot like she was thinking. "I guess I could always press those charges on you instead, or sabotage your relationship with Sage somehow... Your choice.." 

This was it... I thought to myself. No matter what I choose, something terrible would happen. But I knew I couldn't risk the whole school knowing about me being pregnant. It could completely ruin both mine and Sage's social life. I had to make a choice...
